He never appeared frustrated or inconvenienced by my multiple trips into the store to find the right colors. Kevin was very personable. While he worked to support my quest, he felt like a friend that I was happy to see. It made the challenges of finding colors much more pleasant. Kevin's knowledge and skill with color and presentation was the biggest asset in my paint purchase. He understood my style and preferences, then was able to guide me to beautifully successful colors. I love how my house turned out! Though the supply may not be as large at this location as others, the customer service shines far above. Every time I walked in, I was promptly greeted by friendly knowledgeable staff who wanted to help. I did not have the same experience in the Seaside location. What is there to complain about? In terms of pricing, they're very competitive with whatever marketplace your looking at. They sell things for a very reasonable price. So, if you're looking for that whatever, you pretty much know you're going be able to find it at the Home Depot, and you know you're gonna be paying a fair price for it. This location is situated right off of Highway One. I find this a great location, because you can just hop right off the highway, walk into the store, get whatever you need, and then jump right back on Highway One. You can't ask for more than that. Overall, from all my experiences here, the staff here have always been super nice. Nothing to complain about there. Thus, if you need what Home Depot has to offer, and you're in the area, this is the perfect place to go and buy it.

I have called them 5 times and they refuse to even come to my house and look at the problem. Lance told me it is my problem, not his! He said my wood is defective!? And he told me that and he has never even come back to look at the problem. He just refuses to come back and even look at it. I paid them $8500 to paint the house and once the check cleared they were gone for good. Terrible. Beware. 3/2/26 - I just read Lance's response to my review. He says the pictures I posted were from before he painted. Not true. I just posted an additional picture showing today's date from time.gov and you can see the quality of work I have on my house today. The fact is that Lance has never come to my house to see the quality of work his people did on my house. So, he has assumed I posted old pictures.

Note that they also grow the plants in their own nursery so it's not a matter of checking San Marcos growers or Monrovia to see if they can special order for you. Great for bulk delivery of soil, mulch, etc., and all the soil and compost I've gotten from them (probably 20+ cubic yards now) has been nice and clean, no weed seeds. Service can be a little hit or miss - most times it's great, but a couple of times I've had a guy at the desk who gave such minimal answers to my stock questions that I ended up coming back another time to ask someone else.
