I had a very good experience, starting with Paola who sold me the tractor. Very kind and thorough.

Lowell seems to know everything there is to know about chainsaws and other outdoor tools, and in addition to quickly helping me figure out exactly what parts I needed for my saw, he went over more than 20 minutes of hard-to-find instruction, expertise and advice, answering questions on using the saw, training on how sharpening a blade REALLY works, and other important care and maintenance. He refuses to charge for this priceless info (I tried), which in my opinion is far beyond what you could find online or in a Youtube video. In my opinion, Webb's is one of those places Yelp was built to help point out!

I love taking my equipment in getting it repaired. I just feel like they do a great job. The place is always interesting. You drive up a long drive and pass by the organic gardening plots and then turn to the left and go up to the main building. The little shop has a number of things going for it. They carry Husqvarna equipment including chain saws, tree climbing apparel, lawn mowers, weed whackers, and other tools. It's fun just to poke around and take it all in. If you take the time to chat, Lowell always has good information to share. Scott works there now too and he's a journeyman machinist turned Webb's Farm repair guy. That means he can repair virtually anything! I just love the feel of this place. I know it won't be around forever, so I plan to take advantage of it for as long as I can.

I wouldn't recommend going to Moreland Pumpkin Patch if you're planning on doing the family walk…read more It was quite expensive at $15 per person, even for my 2yo. We lined up at our 730pm check-in time and waited 35 minutes in the cold and were only halfway through the line. We left because it would have been another 25-35 more minutes to get through the line. However, the staff was great and the carnival games were fun. Nice to have all of the thoughtful decorations as well, our child loved playing with all of the pumpkins.

We did not enter the trail until 720pm, and that is after getting in line at 640pm. Just be aware. Which is fine, my family had fun and the actors inside are funny and well rehearsed. However, since we waited so long, we got out of the trail around 750pm. My kid wanted to play the carnival games, which close at 8pm, so we bought some tickets to play, and were out to the carnival by 752pm, they had already taken everything down and had only a few simple games still up. My kid was bummed, but I figured since there were no refunds, I could go back and get a snack instead with my tickets. I was denied and told to come back next week to redeem the tickets. I know this is all for a good cause and it really isn't too big of a deal, but it is silly that I literally bought the tickets within a minute and then walked back after the carnival being closed and then denied to even use the tickets on anything else and then told to come back next week. They were told not to sell any tickets since they were closing up the carnival early, but I guess it wasn't communicated well. I guess we will be back to use up the tickets next weekend...?

Site doesn't offer any bug spray, but maybe should? As far as Covid safety, only thing is a reservation system which limits attendees. About 8-9 rows so plenty of space to spread out, but it's self regulated. Some parents corral their Children and others don't so you're at mercy of others, or have to speak up. We also got chased down rows by an oblivious sneezing and coughing man who prob had allergies and wore a mask... No one from farm is monitoring people once in. No questions or temp checks for admittance, though email prob asks that you mind it. Also: expensive! Expect to pay about $20-25/gallon baggie, which holds about 3-4 pounds. Blueberries are delish. My string trimmer was beyond repair and when I decided to look for a new one, Stihl was the brand I wanted. The salesman at T&I was incredibly helpful in explaining the various models and features. He explained Stihl and how they operate, the value of the dealership, and answered the few questions I had. When I'd made my decision, the salesman filled it with fuel, explained the operation of the trimmer, and demonstrated proper use before loading it into my truck. Cannot recommend these guys for on-site service…read more I had a John Deere riding mower. I had a broken steering assembly and wanted to replace the rear tires because of a flat (I already had the replacement tires). All in, about $250 in parts. That's not the problem. The problems started when they missed three scheduled appointments. Straight up no-showed. After the first two no shows, they apparently parted ways with the tech -- but, he had the parts so they missed the third appointment. I learned of that after they cancelled the appointment the day of. When they finally arrived they made the repairs (+ basic service on the lawn mower--I provided the service kit - but I figured they were there, might as well have them do it), but the tech indicated they'd need to use a tire shop to mount the new tires. Tech would come back the next day. He did, and I didn't think much of it at the time. Two months later, I finally got the invoice. First, despite never sending the invoice, they tried charging a financing fee because the invoice was pending for the two months they never sent it -- even though I could not have known what to pay until I got the invoice. Second, the invoice was not itemized. But, ultimately, to replace a $250 part, do the basic service, and change a tire, they were charging $3500(!). I think that's more than the cost of the original mower. When I finally got an itemized invoice, I discovered they charged me $1300 to pick up the tires at the shop, bring them back, and install it on the mower + $133 from the shop to actually mount them. That's more than 5 hours of labor to drive 20 miles each way to change a tire. Obviously, if anyone knew that would be the cost, they'd just do it themselves. If you have to use them (I know, with California not selling non-diesel mowers any more you may have to repair), expect delays, get a written estimate, and expect they will overcharge. But, I'd try and find another option first.
