When we got there we weren't sure if we reached the destination because no parking so we double park on a short driveway and we called the nursery. We talked to a gentleman and he said he'll come over and we can park along the residential driveway and there are staff around there in which we didn't know where? To make the story short, lots of succulents but you just need to walk to some narrow path. After 15mins there was a gentleman who came and introduced himself he was Mr. Elvis the owner the one we had spoken. I asked the prices and I was just blown away. My ears and eyes couldn't believe the prices. He also mentioned that he and his team come to all farmers market here in east bay and he even knows each name of the locations. He told us that his staff will take of us and before he left he even gave us 8 free succulents because we're first time buyers and travel this far to visit their nursery. I was ecstatically happy with all selections I gathered and at the end the total price what I paid for. Definitely recommend and I love to come back.

Good quality industrial grade paver stones reasonably priced and in stock. Also picked up some bags of quick Crete to top the job. All materials were loaded into my truck by their staff and I was all set within 15 minutes. Looking forward to doing business in the future!

Anyway, they're reasonably priced and super helpful. I didn't dare balk at their $120 delivery fee - who heck wants to schlep bags of crappy mulch and then drown in the non-recyclable plastic. I had a snafu with someone moving our parking barrier and parking where the driver would need to offload and they worked around my issue. The driver was really helpful and double dumped on our hill so I would not have to shovel the sidewalk. Do yourself a favor and consider Aptos landscaping for your yard needs.

Then they INSISTED I fill up the truck at one specific station before bringing it back and said I had to bring a receipt to prove it (kick backs?). They then gave me pre printed directions to said station which were WRONG. I called them and asked for directions, and they insisted the printed directions were right, but then gave me different directions over the phone which were vague at best. I drove all over the place trying to find this gas station and wasted another $6 worth of gas. When I finally got back to the tool crib, I explained the situation and asked for a $6 discount on my final fees which they refused, so I refused to sign the credit card receipt. The lady behind the counter went and got her manager. I explained the situation to him, and he completely flipped out. Said I was accusing him of lying, the directions were fine, etc, etc, etc. All over $6. He insisted I sign the receipt, and I replied that I wouldn't until he lowered it by $6. He then stormed around the counter, grabbed the receipt out of my hand, and wrote "night drop" on the signature line and exclaimed something along the lines of "THERE, I WROTE NIGHT DROP, THAT YOU DROPPED IT OFF AFTER HOURS, THERE'S NOTHING YOU CAN DO" and stormed off. For what it's worth, I did file a report with the BBB.
