Had to check this place out since my sister bought $1 succulents (2 inches pot) for party favors. It was worth the drive, I live in Milpitas. There were varieties of different succulents to choose from. They are well kept and taken care of. There is a huge green house dedicated to the 2 inch little pots of succulents. Ended up getting 98 of them for another party as give away. I recommend this nursery, the owner was welcoming and had a bright smile. Also bought a yellow bougainvillea for $8, beautiful. A hidden gem! 100% will recommend to all my family and friends.

My husband and I spent the day going to different succulent nurseries and Freedom was our favorite! The prices were the best and they had a huge selection. We talked to Elvis and since it was our first time there he let us choose 5 free plants! Next time we are in the area we will be coming here 1st!

I was there in October and I was amazed at the selection and good prices. It can get hot in the tents and some spaces are very narrow. Dress accordingly and have comfortable shoes. I wish I had more time there but I had 2 kids with me so I really want to come back and spend a couple hours here. Next time, I'll bring some boxes with me so it'll be easier to fit/stack succulents into the car

He was very rude when I inquired about a plant he had that was clearly dying. I was thinking maybe I could save it instead of letting it die.

    Pricing as of 10/2022

Update: dishonest seller. I just realized after I got home that they overcharged me $20 by the younger cashier. It takes 1 hour for me to drive there so I'm not going back to complain. If you choose to shop here, always double check before you leave. ----- Good affordable common local succulents. Parking is very limited, maybe 4-5 cars max. 2 inch = $1 4 inch = $1.75 1 gallon = $4 Hanging basket = $7-$8 Empty hanging basket = $1.50

You won't be disappointed coming here. Keep in mind the location is in Watsonville and it is a plant nursery so wear shoes you can walk in comfortably. Upon arrival I'd advise parking on the street. You can park in the driveway but this is becoming a popular nursery stop and you might have a tight squeeze pending the vehicle you drive. Customers have been friendly and courteous on my numerous visits here so parking in the driveway for me has not been an issue. The owner will come over and help guide customers where to park in the driveway if he is not tied up with a customer. BEAUTIFUL selection of flowers. His inventory is never the same on the visits I've been on. He is continuously getting new flowers. I come here for the variety of succulents offered at this location. The owner provides outstanding customer service. He is knowledgeable about his inventory, friendly and reliable for what he says. This nursery is Cash only.

Amazing nursery! I'm a succulent lover and this place has the best prices I have ever seen. All plants are very healthy. There is also soil and other type of plants for sale. Had a great experience, as well as very friendly customer service. Definitely worth a trip down to check out their selection, as well as supporting a small business. I will be a returning customer! :)

I submitted a scratch test report and had a very short response, I had then requested to speak to the supervisor. The response I originally received was very disheartening to me as I felt I was being dismissed, not given a chance to plead my case, however after talking to the co owner, I feel differently. He was so kind and it was truly a safe space to talk to him openly and honestly about the entire experience, give feedback. He was kind, respectful, understanding and supportive. We came to a very fair solution. For that I will continue recommending four winds growers, I will continue purchasing from them. The quality of their customer service is what differentiates them from their competitors. We hit a bump in the road and they showed up and helped make me feel seen and valued. Thank you four winds. Looking back, I understand why I had received a short response, it was a Friday and the employee was probably just trying to close up and get through all emails. I'm thankful I requested to speak to a supervisor and I'm happy to know she was honest and put me through. A PSA to everyone: always speak up, advocate for yourself because no one else will. People won't always know what is wrong unless you speak up. But that isn't permission to be aggressive and mean, it just means it's ok to ask for help. My mom has been coming to this place for years, and for good reason! The space is huge, and they have a ton of options! Everything from plants, to fruits and veggies, to water features, sculptures, and more! There is a wonderful gift shop with anything you could want for your garden to help plants grow or keep animals away. They have all kinds of fun gifts and trinkets for the garden and around the house! I wrote a nice review about this place after the first time I went several years ago, but it undoubtedly deserves an update. I have been several times since my first visit, and love it every time! The owner, Gustavo, is a true gem. He is friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking, and an overall joy to interact with. He greets everyone with a huge smile, and is always happy to answer questions and help. He works seven days a week most weeks, and is truly passionate about what he does. This past weekend, they hosted their 17th Annual Christmas Open House. This event features live music, local wine, hot chocolate and cider, and homemade pastries by Gustavo's wife herself! They transform the gift shop into a winter wonderland, featuring around a dozen decorated Christmas trees among other festive decorations! People are encouraged to bring pastries to share, and they definitely did! There was a huge table with cookies, cakes, pies, and more! They also help collect donations for the local food bank by offering a discount on your purchase if you bring a bag of canned or non-perishables. We attended this event on Friday the 6th, and it was a lovely experience! The vibes were amazing, sipping wine and cider listening to live music by some fire pits. This was my first year attending the Christmas Open House, but it will not be the last! Thank you again to Gustavo and all of the hardworking staff at Alladin! IG: @bbnem.eats

I have 2 kids and they love going because they have a cute little play house for kids! And always offer them a little fruit snack pack which I love! Some of their plants can be a bit pricey. I was searching for a snake plant and a small one was about $50+. I went to Home Depot and they had huge ones for $25. So I guess it depends on what type of plant you're looking for. But this place is definitely cute and my go to for succulents!
