Well, what can I say. My Nordmann Seedless Kumquat from Four Winds is on its last legs. Despite careful watering and feeding for the last two years, the tree is turning brown within the last two weeks. The Kumquat tree never grew since delivery and looked as healthy as ever until two weeks ago. I have talked to Four Winds customer service about possibly receiving a bad specimen. They even gave me advise about feeding and lightly pruning the tree to stimulate growth to no avail. My first two entry level size purchases from Four Winds have been thriving and producing fruit. But not this "Primo Size" version in which I paid extra for.

We ordered 4 premium size Calamondin/Calamansi Semi-Dwarf trees from Four Winds Growers as gifts for family/friends. The trees are grafted and all 4 trees were shipped and arrived healthy and in great condition. Although they cannot guarantee blooms or fruits, we were so happy to see one of the trees already have little fruit growing. I would purchase from Four Winds Growers again. Thanks for the great customer service!

I needed a heirloom variety of plum tree. I am new to fruit tree growing. Customer service was very helpful with the selection and purchase of the tree. It arrived. I had questions and concerns about the tree. It has a single flower blooming and a few leaf buds. All of the ten branches are to the right side and the tree has not been pruned. In addition, it was not bare root, it was potted. There are no planting instructions so I emailed the company almost every day with no response. 5 days later the company contacted me to give advice and support. Evidently emails can and do get lost in the windstorm of the internet

The shipping box and the six "primo" citrus trees--all crammed together, in 5" x 5" pots, two rows of 3.

It is for only wholesale sales! The advertisement should have mentioned that info instead of driving all the way there to find out.

The dwarf improved Meyers lemon was sold at a very reasonable price and the shipping was satisfactory and sensibly priced.

The location feels a…read morebit random as the street feels rather residential so don't be thrown off when you're mapping your way over. Parking is basically on their dirt driveway. It's a good sized nursery with a hole in the wall rustic feel. There are lots of plants and succulents and with their really competitive pricing, you feel like a kid in the candy store. I typically don't buy a ton of plants - maybe just one or two, but found myself leaving with more than I bargained for. Got a good handful of succulents/cacti (which seemed to be their main bread and butter). If we weren't pressed for time, I could probably spend at least an hour or two here just browsing. You might come across some roosters or cute kitties to keep you company. Plants are plentiful and relatively healthy. I did pick up a few lithops and baby toes as well. It was my first time caring for them, but unfortunately those little guys didn't survive long. Not quite sure if it was user error or the plants were already on their way out, so inspect those carefully if you decide to bring some home. Some of the aisles can be a little narrow to maneuver around in - just a heads up. The shop only takes cash or Venmo, so come prepared with some spending dough. Overall, a fantastic hole in the wall nursery with a great succulent/cacti/plant selection. I wished I lived closer otherwise I'd stop by more frequently.

The best trucking company I've EVER worked for. Thank you Mike and Laura for the opportunity to…read morework for your company. It was fun and adventurous. To all other looking for a seasonal trucking job this is it! The company is very generous. We were promised to have our cell phone paid..that didn't happen. Yet, everything else did. The trucks aren't the best, but not the worst either. The seats aren't comfortable I had to buy a seat padding, because the ones in this truck were making my back hurt and I don't have back problem's. I've never had that experience before driving other trucks. The trucks don't come with refrigerator, it's a very simple truck that will get you to and from your destination. Our trucks kept getting flat tires at first. I notice a pattern with these flat tires. Whoever was "chaining" the trucks were changing them, with the hooks facing the tire. Causing damage to the tire instead of putting the hooks out words to protect the tire from damage. There are great YouTube videos, if you don't know how to properly install them chains. Laura our dispatcher, would always text my fiancé and I..If we made a stop to fuel, eat, rest, break or our truck got a flat. All ways answered our calls. After I got a new trucking partner, all that texting came to a complete stop and to get a hold of her I always had to call twice. She would say she was "busy". On one of my trips I hit a deer. I couldn't avoid hitting him, if I'm going down a hill on the freeway and a deer jumps in front of the truck. She calls me to make a report. That deer took the left part of the front bumper. The right part of the front bumper was damaged from my fiancé one night while making deliveries. Yet, she didn't write a report about that. All of her texting and calling came to a complete stop when I was with my new trucking partner. I requested to have the truck I started with, it has a more comfortable bed, it has sensors other trucks don't and she was kind enough to accommodate us with it. This company has great friendly staff where ever they send you to and great system. There will go to great lengths to accommodate you as best as they could.
