Lemons
Patricia A.

Came in for some plants I needed for a customer only to find they were out of the specific verity I needed. They do have a huge selection-to choose from and the lemon trees looked tempting. Employees let us know to come on Wednesday for the new shipment of plants. He was very friendly and helpful.

Second time we have been here. Went to Moon Valley first but the prices were SUPER expensive there. Greenfield has quality plants for reasonable prices. Not much customer service this time as we had to haul and load the plants ourself, but the work is worth the 60% discount. $145 total for five 2 gallon plants and one 5 gallon flowering shrub. Would definitely recommend again. Moon Valley was $300 for a small shrub and $500 for a climbing vine with flowers.

Love this place! There are many plants so chose from. The family running it is very nice and patient! They delivered it straight to my house. The plant looks very healthy. Will definitely come back for more. Highly recommend!

This nursery has a good of variety healthy plants and trees, good prices, friendly and very helpful staff (and 2 friendly dogs). I purchased several trees to replace dying ones I had purchased from a different nursery a year ago. I am very happy with the trees I purchased from them and their prompt delivery. Highly recommend this place.

We appreciated that he could deliver our trees the very next morning!

We hit the jackpot when we found Greenfield Nursery! I had been calling all over town looking for Pittosporm trees, with absolutely no luck until I called Greenfield Nursery. The owner, Huy Phan, was very prompt getting back with me when I called, and texted me pictures of the trees we were looking for. We ended up by purchasing five mature Pittosporm trees, and had them delivered the very next day. Huy arrived promptly the next morning with a helper, and was kind enough to wheel them into our backyard. He offered me knowledgeable advice on planting, fertilizing, along with spraying for any future pests. His nursery is absolutely huge! He owns a 10 acre parcel with so many varieties of trees and plants. We will definitely be back for other items!

Johnson Garden Center -- nobody does it better…read more Their replacement 10 gallon Photinia is an inspiration to my OG hedge row. Beautiful quality, incredibly healthy, already nearly taller than the established shrubs, and very reasonably priced at $129. They helped load it, answered questions, and made the whole process easy. All I have left to do is widen the hole I already dug. You can see a dip in the existing row from an earlier Photinia replacement several years ago from Costco. Love Costco but sometimes you don't want to wait. Thanks Chris!

I spoke with a friend about our experiences at Johnson's, and we both agreed, it feels like walking into an old western saloon where everyone knows "you ain't from around these parts!" I was looking to buy a magnolia, but wanted to know what the differences were, which is better for our environment, so I approached an employee who tried to avoid eye contact with me until he could do it no longer. He started stammering when I asked if he knew anything about the trees I had considered contenders. He fumbled with his walky-talky to try to find someone else to help me, but spotted (who I found out later was the manager) watering plants in the vicinity. He asked her if she could help and she replied rudely with "WHAT?" as she clearly saw me (the customer) asking a question. He stammered nervously and she followed up with "What do you want?" I jumped in and asked my questions about which is best and she said, "They're all pretty much the same." I asked if any were better for our climate/environment and she said with an attitude, "We don't sell anything that doesn't grow around here." She then curtly turned away and went on with watering the plants. I did not feel copacetic with her "customer service," so I bought my tree and decided not to go back. I would rather go to an establishment with less selection, but better service. Also, the prices are on the higher side for some things, but reasonable for others, it just depends on what it is. Either way, Home Depot works for me from now on, and if they don't have what I want, I'll research somewhere other than Johnson's. It's a shame, too, because the place is like walking through a botanical garden, only the vibe given by the staff is that "it ain't big enough for the both of us!"

You could immediately tell that real care and intentionality went into every single stem. Beyond their talent, the customer service was compassionate, respectful, and attentive from start to finish. I cannot recommend Eden's Garden highly enough.

On several occasions, items that I had specifically ordered and paid for, such as flower petals, were missing from the delivery. My final experience was unacceptable. I prepaid in full for centerpieces for a wedding event. On the day of my event, I realized my order had been completely forgotten. After repeatedly calling, I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes, but it took about an hour and a half. When the centerpieces finally arrived, they looked nothing like what I had requested. They were poorly made, incomplete, and not suitable for a wedding. I was extremely disappointed and had no choice but to refuse the delivery. What made the situation even worse was the lack of customer service. Despite forgetting my order and delivering something that did not meet the agreed expectations, I was not offered a full or even partial refund. Since then, my calls have gone unanswered, my messages have been ignored, and I have been completely ghosted. Everyone can make mistakes, but how a business handles those mistakes says a lot. Unfortunately, this experience cost me time, money, and unnecessary stress on an important event day. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this florist.
