Ordered flowers for a Dad and Grandpa's funeral services. I asked for this see pics below and see pics of what showed up. I'll save the fact that they didn't want to make it right by apologizing or giving any refund even of a small amount. The work you'll see speaks for itself. I don't recommend this business and I will not be returning to this place. So sad that it was ok for them to leave this last memory for our family. I hope this helps people to understand that you will not get good quality flowers or service here.
My wife ordered the Sweet and Pretty bouquet from FTD... apparently Eden's Garden interpretation is far different.... Weedy and Random. See pics! Even worse when she called they blamed the delivery guy and then blamed FTD and told her to handle the issue with FTD. We told FTD to never use them again.
Ordered a bouquet of 75 roses, 50 pink in the inside 25 white around the heart. I got almost 25 pink inside and 50 out and apart from that they couldn't even make a heart shape after saying they could on the phone even after seeing the picture I sent them for the inspo pic. I think it's really unprofessional to be lying to customers saying you're capable of doing something and giving a trash bouquet not even looking anything like a heart. At pickup I told the lady I didn't like that it didn't look at all like a heart and she said otherwise, please look at the picture. Super frustrated that they would do this , will definitely not ever come back
Ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day and the bouquet looks nothing like the photos. I ordered a small bouquet mix and it didn't come with any carnations or filler flowers as listed in the description and the lilies were not even bloomed. I was super excited to surprise my mother because of the good yelp reviews I saw only to be disappointed upon pick up. Not ordering flowers from here again. Balloons costed extra and weren't part of the bouquet.
I was looking for a specific flower, stargazer Lily, to top a birthday cake I made for myself and when I called, the owner was very kind over the phone and said that there might be some at the King location but she couldn't promise me since she was not onsite at the time. I decided to go check and the employee working was so nice. There weren't any lose lilies in the storage buckets but she snipped 2 off from an existing arrangement which was so nice. She said it's would be no problem for me to buy those and that she would fix the arrangement. Great customer service! Lovely selection of fresh flowers at a good prices(:
Very disappointed. False advertisement. You don't get what's suppose to look like what you ordered online. The owner for some reason, does not speak English or any of the employees. So how can you call to have a complaint.
Went in store to order a floral basket for my grandfather's funeral to make sure I could speak with someone in person on what I wanted. Showed them one of the baskets they advertised on their website but wanted to make sure there were more roses. I was told the arrangement would have 14-16 roses. We ordered the premium to make sure there would be more roses. The arrangement only had 8 roses and had an old looking basket that looks like it is for Easter not like the basket they advertise. When I spoke to them about the arrangement they said there was nothing they could do. Would not recommend.
This place was a little hidden gem. As soon as I walked in, the florist was super friendly and helped me immediately. I had viewed their website prior to visiting and showed her a bouquet that I wanted to gift my younger sister. Without hesitation, she offered to make it for me. The flowers were fresh and well taken care of, the bouquet lasted over a couple weeks. She also was kind enough to add complimentary items like the flower perfume and a couple birthday details.
HORRIBLE!! Flowers look like grocery store throwaways, half dead upon arrival, holes in leaves ... looks like it was just shoved into the very simple vase that didn't even have a ribbon on it to add some sense of elegance. Arrived a day earlier than person scheduled it for - was left with NO water in the vase, no text alerting me (or the person who purchased it either) (the phone # was listed on the note too) of the delivery. Leaves are already falling off, just one day after receipt. Feel very bad for the person who sent this as it needs to be tossed out already as it's falling apart and making a mess. I very rarely write reviews, especially negative ones, however, this place is just awful!! So tacky, completely SUB-PAR QUALITY, and very unprofessional in every area. Please save your money and go anywhere else, or even go to your local grocery store and make your own.
This place deserves 5 stars and all the hype! They also deserve more more reviews because the service and flowers here are phenomenal. Let me tell you, I love flowers and these are the freshest and best looking arrangements I've seen. I've ordered a couple times through DoorDash and let me tell you I've never been disappointed. They've always turned out way better than the ones you buy at Safeway or other grocery chains that charge double the price. Prices here are very reasonable and I definitely think you get more than what you pay for. Without a doubt this is my favorite florist. Trust me and buy from here for your next floral needs. Pictured is a "mix flower arrangement" I ordered for my mom on her birthday. Support your local and small businesses because they are truly the best!!!
The first photo is what I ordered from 1800Flowers and the second photo is what you sent. It's not even close to what I ordered. I'm so disappointed and for $70 my friend got 12 flowers, you can do better than that!! Not to mention the flowers arrived 5 days late and only then after I called to complain.

Simply stunning work during a difficult time. I asked for a sympathy arrangement and the flowers were breathlessly fresh, vibrant yet appropriate, and arranged with heart. You could immediately tell that real care and intentionality went into every single stem. Beyond their talent, the customer service was compassionate, respectful, and attentive from start to finish. They handled everything seamlessly. If you need a florist who delivers high quality, stunning arrangements, and genuinely cares about their clients, look no further. I cannot recommend Eden's Garden highly enough. read more

I gave this florist multiple chances because some of my earlier orders turned out well and her prices seemed reasonable. However, there were recurring issues. On several occasions, items that I had specifically ordered and paid for, such as flower petals, were missing from the delivery. My final experience was unacceptable. I prepaid in full for centerpieces for a wedding event. On the day of my event, I realized my order had been completely forgotten. After repeatedly calling, I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes, but it took about an hour and a half. When the centerpieces finally arrived, they looked nothing like what I had requested. They were poorly made, incomplete, and not suitable for a wedding. I was extremely disappointed and had no choice but to refuse the delivery. What made the situation even worse was the lack of customer service. Despite forgetting my order and delivering something that did not meet the agreed expectations, I was not offered a full or even partial refund. Since then, my calls have gone unanswered, my messages have been ignored, and I have been completely ghosted. Everyone can make mistakes, but how a business handles those mistakes says a lot. Unfortunately, this experience cost me time, money, and unnecessary stress on an important event day. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this florist. read more

Do not buy your wedding flowers here. I paid $350 for my bridal bouquet, and it looked nothing like what I ordered. I specifically requested a modern cascading bouquet with white tulips, but I received a completely different design with no cascading tulips at all. The bouquet was smaller than expected, several of the flowers were already dry and wilted, and the overall quality was unacceptable. This was my wedding bouquet the one bouquet that should have been done right and it was a huge disappointment. I understand that inspiration photos can't be copied exactly, but this wasn't even close. Charging $350 for something of this quality is unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and money and go somewhere else. They suck read more

I ordered a bouquet of flowers from "from you flowers" online. This is the floral shop that filled that order. It looked absolutely nothing like the arrangement I had ordered. The vase and flowers were all wrong. What was delivered, ended up looking like a sloppy mess. The flowers looked wilted and sorry. Was very disappointed in the quality and esthetics. Definitely didn't get what I paid for! read more
