I paid $800 for a king palm and the owner said plant it right away when it arrives at my house. I told him I have a landscaping company that will plant it for me and I'll let them know when they're available so they can coordinate when to ship it to me. They decided without asking me to ship it anyway and it sat in my backyard for several days until my landscapers were available. I watered it each day like I was supposed to but by the time it was planted this is how it looked. It never got better and I eventually had to throw it out because there was nothing left of it. Their solution was give me another one for half off. They should have given me a new one and come over and planted it. Never again. I'm actually about to get another 10 or so palms for my yard, so they just lost thousands of dollars. read more

Worst service ever! Just wrapped up a 10 hour day trying to resolve a horrible delivery mistake with this business. Do not use them! 8am, 2 drivers come to deliver what I thought was my palm tree. We gave specfic measurements and requested it be dropped off in our backyard. The agent assured me they would be able to. The drivers had no dolly to move it in the back. They wanted to leave it in the street and I had to beg them to at least put it on the sidewalk. After removing one via crane from the truck, they realize they gave us the wrong tree and had the wrong order. They had to go back and get it later. When I called again the agent assured me that "YES, they can move this tree to your backyard." The driver came a few hours later and insisted they were going to leave it on the sidewalk again. The drivers were rude, unprofessional and very lazy to say the least. Clearly there is a miscommunication between customer service and the drivers I thought. Turns out, the whole company is terrible. Even though they knew the measurements of our door, they still sent the tree in the wrong sized palm box. When I called and explained to the manager--asking for a credit for the delivery charges and was told, "No, we can't do that. At least your tree arrived today." I don't know how this place is still in business. read more

Bought several large palms and paid for delivery. I told Sal that his forklift will be able to go into the backyard where one of the palm was being planted. On the delivery day he brought no forklift but instead brought a truck with attached crane, which can not go into the backyard. So, I had to find extra hands to drag one huge tree into the backyard. All the trees looked different than what I had selected. One of the tree had large cracks in the trunk. The delivery truck was not big enough so most of the tree branches were dragged on the road, severely damaging them. He started haggling for extra money when he arrived. He said he will only put the palms on curbside and not into the holes I had dug up. So, I had to pay another $200 to have him use his crane to put them into holes.Beware, very shady business practice! read more

If you haven't been to All Tropical Palms, get in your car right now and go! This place is fantastic! I've seen it along the freeway and wanted to stop in for awhile but just never had the time. Recently I drove over there on purpose to see it - completely worth the drive! Sal is a really great guy out in the gardens and Maria was the "meet & greet" person in the office. The plants are well maintained and beautiful - what a great variety of tropicals and fruits ,etc. This is the wonderful type of family-run business we all want to support! read more

We didn't order yet but went there took a look all Palm tree and price are good . I believe very healthy Palm tree they have lots of are unusual and beautiful . This review is for selling me 2 trees that they knew would have died in my area... I was very clear with where I lived and what I was looking for ... 2 nice palm trees to border my back yard landscape.. I was shown 2 beautiful King Palm trees which I purchased and had hauled back and professionally planted in the ground... 3 weeks later I was at Greenfield Nursery looking at trees and suggested another King palm with some of the others I liked there.. He said " You cannot buy a King Palm " I asked why.. he said they will die south of here .. it is not hot enough and any frost will kill them.. I said well they are doing fine now.. he then said " no they will die " which they did... I suggest the people that sell trees should not sell the consumer anything they know will not grow where you live.. it is extremely irresponsible .. the customer is just looking at the tree itself and how beautiful it is .. not whether or not it will grow... I feel ripped off that he would sell me anything that is just going to die after I plant it.. read more

They have no price tags on any of their plants. The sales guy quoted lower price on a Queen Palm but Sal, the owner, quoted a much higher prices. Poor customer service, had to wait for a long time just to get a quote while the two of them were busy digging up in the back. No designated parking lot. read more

Stopped by on the way home from Gilroy. If you need larger commercial quality palms and other tropical plants, they have a good selection. We were looking for something smaller and less than $75 sizes which they did not have. read more

Always drove by here on 101 and living near by, we were happy to see such a great Palm nursery in the South Bay. They have huge selection of Palms. We ended up buy a 15 gallon Queen Palm. The tree was in great condition and is thriving in our yard. We will be back in a couple months to get some Palms for our back yard. read more

This business is a detriment to Gilroy..they have 2 locations...One on Buena Vista, which is filthy, and people live inside of it like an encampment...Garbage everywhere, cars everywhere for those that live there, Clothes handing on lines...Ridiculous that the Fire Dept Allow this or that Santa County allows this,,but maybe they don't know..They might now since the fire dept had to put out a huge fire there on 3/15....Then hey have one on No Name Uno, which operates illegally...They are only suppose to sell 15% out of that location to shoppers..the rest must be trucked out to customers...This place is also filthy...an embarrsement to the neighborhood. Stuff piled all over , thrown everywhere and someone also lives in the trailer house on the property...ILLEGAL.....Time for our county to do something about this business read more

If zero stars were an option, that's about what they deserve! Really be careful going here... Nothing they have is marked with a price, so you have to walk around with an employee who might as well be pulling prices out of thin air! I got two different prices for the same tree from two different employees one was $140 and the other one was $280. They aren't open when they say they will be, and the sale prices on their website are not accurate. When I mentioned I had seen sale prices on their website, they told me those were for the frostbitten trees that didn't have any leaves left. How did these yahoos stay in business!?!?!?!? read more
