I have to admit that I was naive. I like to believe people when they tell me they're going to do…read moresomething. I bought a leather sectional from Mike, the store owner, and he delivered it and very sincerely he told me that there was a 10-year warranty on it for any issues, No questions asked. He would just replace the piece that had the problem. We should hands and I really felt like I could trust him to be good with his word. Of course it is not in the sales receipt anywhere. But I thought what the heck this guy has great customer service and his product is so awesome that he probably never has to replace anything. So of course I should trust him... But unfortunately 2 months after I bought the couch one of the recliners started making funny sounds and having a hard time closing all the way. Over and over again this happened. So I text him first to let him know what the issue was and sent a little picture over. No response. I waited a week or so and then I called the business line and he answered and he said oh yeah definitely he would get me a new one. I said, "Great. What is the time frame?" He wasn't sure how long it would take because some of the shipping had been delayed but he would let me know and get it to you as soon as possible. So I hung up feeling like I was going to get a new piece to my couch so that it would work. A month goes by and I don't have any word from him so I text him again. No response. At this point. The couch was so broken that every time it closed it was gouging marks in my laminate flooring. I didn't know this. I thought it was just making loud noises and struggling. It wasn't until I moved and took apart the whole thing that I find gouge marks all over and my flooring. So after playing this game of trying to get him to deliver on it, all the times that I called and texted him were completely ignored after the one time I was able to catch him at work. So I never got the replacement before I moved. I feel really sad about it because I thought I could trust him. I thought he was a decent person. And turns out he's just a swindler. If you choose to buy anything from his company, go in knowing that you will never have a warranty on it. He will not take care of you. If there's any problems. He will ignore you and pretend like you do not exist.

(NOTE: All my life when buying mattresses a box spring was part of the transition. Here is different ,so beware this store expect you to use and old box set and you only get the mattress). While I have enjoyed the transition and the mattress when the offered box spring arrived we had 3 delivery dates and no one showed and no-one called and then calls were dodged after scheduled time elapsed. After the third failed delivery date and time I decided to go pick up the box set I had seen in the store the day before. I called to verify they would be open and was told they are open until 7 PM. I arrived before 6:30pm and he had closed and moved the box spring to hide it. I called and was sent to recording. Someone was trying to deliver a package for a side business and they too were told the location would be open. Somehow Martin got offended that I was to pick the offered product and rejigged on his offer writing "If you want you need to buy" Don't come down to pick it up" Beware this seemingly gentile soul goes back on offers and can make delivery dates and not bother with even a phone call when they do not show. I no longer have confidence that the stated warranties are even true and will be contacting the factory to fact check. Beware, something is not at all right here.
