I…read morestopped in the store and spoke to a woman who said she would check into it and call me back. After waiting 2 weeks I called and was told by the woman that the model I wanted was no longer available. Gee, she could've called and let me know. So, while she was on the phone I got out my tape measure and measured space to see if a larger one would work. Yes! It would work perfectly, so I told her to order the larger, more expensive one. Again she said she would check and call me the next day. No call. After a week I called her. She had no recollection of me ordering the larger one, she only remembered telling me the other one was no longer available. So, again, I asked her to order for me. Still no call back. Finally, I went to the website to look up the model number to buy it elsewhere and I saw that you can order online. I gave it one more try and filled out the order. That was Sept. 10, today is the 21st. Still nothing, no calls. I always try to purchase from local businesses first. That was my intention here. Since my attempts to order got no responses, I need to go somewhere else. I'm just glad I didn't have a refrigerator breakdown emergency and need a new one right away.
