To start things off, I'd like to say that it was a pleasure having Francisco (Frank) over at my home to take care of my wildlife issue. He was a professional, a great person, and a fun personality, to be around. I had reached out to a few agencies in addition to Frank's, but his (he) was the only one that returned my call AND told me that he would be able to take care of my issue; the only other agency that picked up would/could not. The issue I had was birds that were nesting in a wide and flat space about 25-30 feet high in my roof. I wouldn't have minded, but their droppings (and the diseases they come with) just became too much - occasionally, my wife and I would even find a baby bird that had unfortunately fallen from the nest and died. Apparently, the mesh that was supposed to be there either was never installed prior to us moving in, or had degraded. Well, with kids in our plans, I didn't want us to continue dealing with this, so I'm thankful Frank was able to come out (the day of!) to take care of it. Frank allowed me to watch his work whenever I could, and we had great short conversations here and there. At the end of it all, he had pulled out three nests (neither birds nor eggs were in them; if they were, he would've still taken care of them properly, and released them), cleaned everything up, and installed a high-quality mesh in place. He informed me that his work comes with a 6 month warranty. However, after I mentioned that I've only seen droppings around this time of the year, he agreed that some birds are seasonal, and generously extended that warranty to a one year period - I really appreciated this. Just as he was getting ready to go, I re-noticed that I had a similar issue on the back end of my roof. Frank returned in two days, with a new hire (Douglas - also a great guy), and took care of that as well. Both services were provided at good reasonable prices. Frank's number of Yelp reviews probably indicates to you that his business is new, but I've learned that he has years of experience under his belt working for other agencies before coming out on his own. If you have any issues with wildlife in/around your home, I highly recommend you give Frank a call, and allow him to see what he could do for you. These guys are legit! Very professional and friendly. These guys do great work, are extremely thorough, and exhibit excellent customer service. They came back to my place to honor a warranty for previous work with no questions asked and no money charged. They did a great job and I won't call anyone else should I have another problem with rats in the future. They even sealed all the entrances on my roof just to be sure! Francisco did an amazing job at reassuring me about my situation, gave honest quotes and what I might need to do with my situation. I had a squirrel in my attic which laid eggs up there and after removing the babies, the mother found it's way back in. It was a complete nightmare and I knew I had to call a professional. Francisco examined the attic and found 5 openings and closed them all up and laid traps. He reassured me he would drive the squirrel miles away to prevent it from returning. Hawk eyes is also more affordable than the 20 other wildlife removals I searched up. Would definitely use them again (but hopefully I'll never have to). Our house wreaked of skunk. It looked like it broke through a crawl space vent under the house. Frank of Hawkeyes Wildlife Removal was the quickest to respond to my messages and was at my house within the hour. Frank crawled under the house, searched, and luckily found no sign of the skunk. He also replaced the crawl space vent the skunk destroyed and another vent that seemed suspect to future problems. On Christmas Eve, I called several providers- no one picked up or called back. The night before two skunks had been fighting outside my bedroom window, proceeded to spray and the stench kept me up all night. The next day it. I called HawkEyes at 6:00 am and they were here by 11:00. Keep in mind it was Christmas Eve. He set up two traps with peanut butter and then chatted with me at length about how to prevent skunks from nesting underneath my 100 year old home in the future. 40 hours later I had a skunk in the trap. I was really nervous about what would happen to the Skunks once they were trapped, but HawkEyes made me feel 100% comfortable that he was in fact going to take them to a place more suitable for skunks. He was not in a rush- both when he came to set the traps and pick up the skunk and was more than willing toi chat with me, answer any questions. Very nice and friendly. He was going top drive them to Silverado canyon which is a good hour minimum from where I live in Long Beach. I dont like hurting animals so this was really important to me. If I left the skunks around my neighborhood but instead patched up any entry to my basement, they would have surely died- got hit by a car. Prices were very reasonable. $200 to set two traps and then $90 per skunk to drive it out to Silverado. I got out of this for less than $300 total. read more

I had a hefty skunk take up residence under my house, which can be very detrimental when you have a dog. After coming face to face with the animal one evening, I knew I had to humanely get rid of the critter. I called Hawkeyes and Frank got here in record time, set up a cage at the crawl space and secured a couple of small entry ways.There were signs that the skunk had come and gone, somehow avoiding the cage, so I named him Houdini. After a few days there was a skunk in the cage but it wasn't Houdini...it was just too small. Who knew I had TWO tenants. So, Frank returned, removed and replaced the cage and I waited for Houdini to return. One day later, Houdini's escape tactics did not work and he was finally captured. Frank came right out, snatched up Houdini. As an added bonus, neither skunk sprayed when they were removed! read more

Francisco and his team were phenomenal. The possum and her young that we'd previously spotted at night wandered out into our backyard during the day. I was able to block her entry point and call Hawkeyes. Francisco and the team were able to rush over before we lost sight of the animal and deal with the possum and her young swiftly. Hawkeyes was very transparent on what the plan for the animals was and made some recommendations on how to keep them away and spots in the yard that we might want to patch up and block.
