Never in my life have I dealt with a rodent issue. I came home one night to clean my kitchen and found rodent droppings on my floor. I sheer horror on my face, I'm pretty sure I went pale. Next morning, I find it chewed up my chair :,(. We tried putting so many rat traps in my kitchen, but to no avail we never caught the guy. He'd lick the peanut butter off the traps, set them off and escape! This rat was ratatouille living his beat life. Anyways, after a few days of no luck I requested a quote from Jorge. Jorge is THE BEST! I completely lucked out finding him on Yelp when I had a bug emergency. I had Airbnb guests that complained about bed bugs. I was pretty sure they were lying to get a discount. On the 4th of July, my pup got stung by a big nasty wasp in my yard. I quickly located the active wasp nest on the side of my house and turned to yelp to find a solution. I messaged 7 companies- not expecting to hear back from anyone on the holiday. George responded within minutes (as did all but one of the other companies actually). George's quote was competitive, but he was the only one who offered an appt for the next day (Sunday- of a holiday wknd!). While he had only 5 reviews, all 5-star, I was tempted to wait for one of the companies with significantly more reviews. I am sooooo glad I didn't! I saw that George had recently gone into business for himself and after reading the great reviews, I wanted to give him a shot. He arrived right on time, and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I walked him around to see the nasty wasp nest and asked for a quote to replace all the vents around my house too. Again, he gave me a very competitive quote, plus he said he would set up a trap for the cat who was living under the house. He also offered a monthly service to manage the outdoor bugs & cobwebs with a pet-friendly product. While several of my neighbors had recently told me about their similar monthly service, it was not something I had ever really considered. I really liked the info George provided and decided what the heck... I'll try that too! I'm writing this review ( although I almost never do!) bc. I was really blown away by Jorge these last few days. We had an issue with either mice or rats ( not sure which one it turned out to be) and I was terrified. I felt like my home had been invaded and I was helpless.
