Very price comparable to the big box down the road but with better service and knowledge of what they are selling. Great local hardware store. They explain how to use the tool and make sure I was ok with how to use it. Overall GREAT staff, GREAT service, GREAT selection and GREAT prices

I have to agree with other reviewers mentioning how awful the installation process went. The…read morepurchase was super smooth because I did my homework and knew exactly what we wanted down to the model numbers. What really buttered my biscuit was them telling me my 220v outlet was not working....so, I hired an electrician to come out to fix an outlet that turns out was working perfectly.....($189.95) minimum house call charge. Also they had issue with the drainage for my dishwasher.....had a plumber come out to tell me they only needed a $2.75 PCV flange to get past their installation Issue. This is not the experience I expected and apparently purchasing a Heavy Duty Washer and Dryer, a Refrigerator, a Dishwasher and an Induction Stove ( which came out to more than a couple bucks) all at the same time does not warrant sending out installation people with more than one installation under their belts. We're not likely to use them again. Mostly because of the Electrician thing

I worked with Jordan from SHE lighting on the ordering/purchase and he couldn't have been more helpful. He was incredibly responsive and offered up great suggestions and solid tips in considering light sizes, styles, colors, etc. We drove over yesterday to pick up our lights and the store had great COVID precautions in place (which we really appreciated). It was totally worth the effort to order from SHE given how wonderful our experience was - thanks, in large part, to Jordan.

Emily came into my kitchen, that needed much help, and was able to see it as a blank slate of design opportunity. She was completely up to the task and excited to have it as a clean slate. I was blown away by the renderings and was not expecting that gut reaction. We have had our kitchen now for 3 years and it designed SO amazing that I still feel amazing to be in the space. The entire design was not only beautiful but highly functional. I would not change a single drawer or cabinet. Some people are lucky enough to do as a profession what they have gifts in, Emily is one of them. I can't wait to work with her again. At the end of the day, its not just a kitchen, its where we are a family, now we all congragate to this space.

My husband and I are so happy with our experience with this company. We had an antique dresser,…read morefrom the early 1900's, that was turned into a bathroom vanity/sink. The vanity was in pristine condition until a house guest put an iron down on the surface. The burn was too deep to repair and so we decided to replace it with granite. We shopped around and the prices were outrageous. We took a ride over to Granite and Marble Works and not only were their prices far less than other companies, they didn't force us to choose from remnants. We had our pick of any granite, even though the project was small. They were the only company who allowed that. The staff was well versed and so nice. They accommodated my request for a quick delivery, as I was hosting a friends birthday that week and they did not charge me extra. My end price was 500.00, with delivery and installation. The quotes we received, prior, were all around 900.00 and that was using remnants. We went with a leathered granite, which I absolutely love. I 100% recommend this company.
