I have to agree with other reviewers mentioning how awful the installation process went. The…read morepurchase was super smooth because I did my homework and knew exactly what we wanted down to the model numbers. What really buttered my biscuit was them telling me my 220v outlet was not working....so, I hired an electrician to come out to fix an outlet that turns out was working perfectly.....($189.95) minimum house call charge. Also they had issue with the drainage for my dishwasher.....had a plumber come out to tell me they only needed a $2.75 PCV flange to get past their installation Issue. This is not the experience I expected and apparently purchasing a Heavy Duty Washer and Dryer, a Refrigerator, a Dishwasher and an Induction Stove ( which came out to more than a couple bucks) all at the same time does not warrant sending out installation people with more than one installation under their belts. We're not likely to use them again. Mostly because of the Electrician thing

This business is no longer Cocca's as it was brought out by Marcella's Appliance Center. It's still…read moreat the same location that Cocca's was. Our washing machine had gone to the happy hunting grounds and I had purchased many things from Cocca's in the past so decided to give them another try for a new washer. I was surprised to see that it had been taken over by Marcella's which I knew nothing about. My wife and I were greeted by a representative by the name of Peter Harvey, who was extremely personable and listened to what we wanted. I had done my homework in advance and knew exactly what brands I was interested in. Peter honored my interest in only those brands and proceeded to show us several models that fit the features I was looking for. We did end up selecting one of the models I went in looking for and found Peter to be a great representative not only did he explain all the features, but he showed us a model of the same brand that we wanted that was on a major clearance sale and actually had more features than the one we had actually looked at. In the end, we did end up purchasing the clearance model and there was an accessory that went with it and we got a price and I didn't particularly like the price so I asked them to do better and without hesitating Andrew, the customer service manager there took $100 off the price that I didn't like Sometimes you just have to ask the question. Andrew was really great about it. He didn't give us any attitude to make it look like he was doing us a favor. He just wanted to continue my previous relationship with the business. Because Peter and Andrew were so nice, we also purchased the extended warranty, which added an extra five years to the manufacturers Warranty. Normally I don't purchase aftermarket warranties, but the price was extremely reasonable, I thought, and the presentation was very friendly and not pushy at all. Peter set up for delivery within two days and so far the experience has been extremely positive. I may come back and post how the delivery goes since they are delivering the new one and removing the old one all for extremely reasonable charge.

Our Refrigerator died and we went to all the big box stores looking for a new one. Had lot's of information. Decided to add Marcella's to the list before we were done for the day. Not only did Ned, who took care of us, know more about the products we had looked at previously, their prices were the same or better. They charged less for warrentee and installation and take away. It was a no brainer. So if your in the need for an appliance, add them to your list along with the big box stores!

I have visited Greens Appliances and Furniture on two occasions. On the first I went looking for a…read morefront load wash and dryer. Maddy the daughter waited on me and we found the perfect set of GE washers and dryers. Delivered the next day and set up, and the older units removed. Again very pleasant people to deal with. Now just recently I called them to see if they had another dryer lint trap for sale. Madeline said bring it down and she would match it up. I was prepared to pay for the lint trap but she gave it to me gratis. What a thoughtful person and refused to take money for it. I then was looking for a new stove and wanted the glass cooktop as well as the air fryer feature. The owners did not want me to purchase out of gratitude and I explained I was thinking of buying new so they had exactly what I wanted. The install was the next day and the hauled away the old stove. I highly recommend this store based on selection, price and wonderful people.

I called JDL because my GE dryer was not working properly. Justin responded on same day --Friday…read more-- and set up an appointment for the following Tuesday. Nice. Justin came to repair the dryer 18 months ago prior: different problem. The heat sensor needed adjustment. Problem solved. Now, the dryer was not "drying" clothing. He checked the outside air vent and the end cap was totally covered in packed lint. He cleaned the end cap and cleaned the duct that connected it to the dryer. He was done in 30 minutes, and I was able to tackle the laundry that had accumulated. Justin explained the problem in terms I could understand. The uncleaned end cap caused the dryer heating unit to turn off. He told me that someone could check the outside vent a few times a year to prevent the recurrence of the problem. My GE Dryer is now working great. I am pleased I do not have to replace the seven year old appliance. It was another positive experience with JDL Appkuance Repair.

I call back saying I just want the part. THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERED said she would give me the part number but not the part.
