Instead of just replacing the pump first, suggested we try it with the drain hose in a different position that would let water through easier. Appreciate the honesty on that. We called Whirlpool, and they assigned a repair company. Some of the dumbest individuals I've ever came across. After two weeks of dealing with them, I called Whirlpool back, and demanded that they send someone better. I can't say enough good things about the Appliance Specialist. I was able to call, and either get a hold of someone, or get a call back in a reasonable time. They never forgot about us. They were great at knowing the equipment, and dealing with Whirlpool to get the correct parts sent. They were great about Covid safety. I know who to call once my warranty runs out.
