They were responsive, quoted us fairly, on time, professional and lead with integrity. Last fall when we received the quote, we had some other repairs on the house that needed to be completed first. Davco told us what we could do in the meantime to tide us over, which they were under no obligation to do. Their suggestions worked AND when we reached out to them last month to say we were ready to start our chimney and foundation work, not only did they honor the quote, they had us booked on the calendar within a week. The masonry work they did on our house looks beautiful and they're even coming back to complete the last couple of spots after National Grid wraps our power lines. I can't say enough about this company. We will always use and recommend them.

On 4/24/25 I contracted with Davco to have a cement sidewalk connecting the existing east side…read moresidewalk around the back of the home to a existing patio then from the patio up the west side of the home connecting to the existing front sidewalk. The contract stated 98LF,5"wide, and 6" deep as discussed.the price of the job was 8,400.00 which was paid in cash 50% to start, 25% after removal of forms and 25% upon completion. The job was started approximately June 10th, by mid August the cement was pitting, a crack formed where the sidewalk meets the patio, no backfill was placed and cement on the garage and house.Dave was contacted and did send a worker to clean but nothing else was addressed. Two other workers stopped by and stated the job was not done correctly there is a heaved, and the crack was a combination of no rebar and excavation was not done properly. Fast forward to April 2026,after the winter there is a second crack on the east side connecting to the existing front sidewalk. My husband contacted Dave via email stated the job is not complete no backfill still and two cracks now. Dave set a worker to backfill and stopped himself where he had a conversation with my husband about the cracks and in his mind the job was completed and offered no reason for the cracks. I have left 2 voice messages May/June No response! The ironic piece of this story the supervisor of this job stopped by August 2025 on his own to make the necessary corrections to the job. Unbeknown to us he had been fired from Davco 2025 based on two botched jobs one being a garage as told to us by an employee. All I want is what I paid for and a little customer service goes a long way. The owner could care less if a customer is pleased. He tries to bully people by his attitude and belligerent manners. Made a complaint to the BBB which he has not responded to. I would not recommend him or his company to a dead man!

The 2 epoxy floors well exceeded how I envisioned them coming turning out! The whole process was easy and exciting. I told Ricardo and his team my ideas, I showed them pictures and met with them on several occasions. They all worked closely with me on every step to achieve what I was looking for. Bad mistake…read more I was told that the running line of drops in the paint along the top of the wall with the picture on it, and down the corner in my bath, were because I had, "...sagging paint..". Interesting...because it never sagged before this paint job. I bought top of the line Benjamin Moore paints. On a 6 panel door, only five panels were painted. I did most of the spackle and patch work myself to walls before they came, but I did expect them to check each wall before painting. They did not. the owner of the company is a very personable guy, but was nowhere in sight while his workers were here. Most supervisors will stop by a job to check and see if there are any concerns...especially when no one speaks English. The workers were very sweet, but we had communication difficulties. Expect to spend a lot of money too, as they are quite expensive...especially when you have to hire fixer-uppers afterwards.

Poor workmanship and lack of accountability. We are now dealing with the consequences as we are trying to replace our siding and realizing all the problems. They did a terrible job of cleaning up, leaving debris in the yard and hundreds of loose nails, wood, and a beer bottle in the attic. They threw away materials (plywood sheets) that were purchased on our account without confirming with us whether we'd like to save them. Would avoid at all costs. The next day, when my sump pump failed, Todd returned and installed replacements. Todd listened to my concerns and repeatedly went out of his way to help me. He noticed things in the environment that needed a little fix here or there and he fixed them, not charging me extra. Todd took time to help me understand the issues in my basement so that I'm knowledgable about my home in the future. Todd charged a VERY fair price for his services and charged me nothing for repeated trips. I highly recommend All Dry Basement Solutions. So, they surely have a hell of a salesmen as the end product was not at all what I expected nor was told. To preface, I bought a 175-year-old house with a stone foundation that was bowing. Larry told me I'd get two new foundation walls; it would take two weeks & I would get updates daily. I got one update from Mike 1.0, he seemed nice. Work stalled a lot in the beginning. Seems like they only worked every other day when I was told by the salesmen "once we start a job were there until it ends, we don't bounce guys around" whatever, things happen. Two weeks in when the job was supposed to be complete, I go to check on the progress, and my basement is completely flooded with 4-5 inches of standing water. Somebody had shut the sump drainage hose in the basement door pinching in likely while racing out on Friday. I text Mike 1.0 who informs me he hasn't even worked for the company in over a week. Lovely update! Mike 2.0 the new foremen was nice. Sucked he had to apologize profusely for the way the company's leadership is. I had requested several times for Todd to call me or meet with me to go over the issues. Still haven't heard from him. Four weeks later now the job is "done" & not at all what I was expecting. Poured walls halfway, House isn't even sitting on new "foundation" I was told I was getting. Was charged almost 2 grand for "basement clean out and debris removal" when the debris was tossed into my cistern and the basement is in the same state as it was before. Not sure what they cleaned out or removed (besides the already functional & existing sump pump and corresponding extension cords) Charged almost 5 grand for a sump pump that's duck taped together and leaking at the discharge directly back into the foundation. All in all, would not recommend. Office lady is kind whenever she answers. Company has a serious communication issue. Your foremen's need a raise for having to answer for the company's shortcomings, because the owner surely does not.

I can't tell yet what the value is because it hasn't rained that much, but I have heard water going into and down the sump pump even with minor amounts of rain. However, I have been in many basements in Albany and some belonging to friends houses, and I have always seen that an Adirondack basement is clean and dry.

Our first flooring delivery came in a different shade than expected from the manufacturer's sample, and the Albany Carpet Warehouse handled everything. We went with a different floor, and everything was smooth, including the installation. A fast, friendly, and hard-working team not only installed the floor, they solved a (rather large) leveling problem in our current floor, and fixed a few air leakage and water problems.
