The price was WAY higher than we estimated based on the $/SF because they said they needed to add more than one later in certain areas. We were told the blue stone with cement fines would cure and would be a solid surface we could shovel off in the winter. It never cured and the stone washed out. It is still under warranty but AP solutions is impossible to reach. one time a called and someone said they should have seal coated the driveway but never got back to us. I've called the number online and since then it goes to the previous owner who says he has no information on how to reach them. There is no website or email address. This feels like a total scam - stay away from AP solutions and don't believe them if they say they'll offer you a deal.

The extensive job required scaffolding and a portapotty. The work is thorough, the pointing done beautifully, the wall cleaned with acid, and the joints sealed against water. When we did the consultation, there was an area that your team expressed concern may not adhere well and we expressed understanding in this. However, the issue was not that it did not work in that area. The issue was that it did not work in our turnaround, where there was no filler or area of epoxy. It is fine if you would like to decline business but we initially got no response and then we got the comment from your mother, which was rude. It is unnecessary instead of having an open line of communication with your customers to respond in that way. If you had reached out and said we feel as though doing your driveway again would not be satisfactory to you and then we would probably have a similar problem, we could've had a conversation. Including potentially still wanting to move forward, but not asking you to redo it if it doesn't adhere well in certain areas. We are reasonable and would have understood if you didn't want to do the driveway again the first time, if you had had that conversation with us- but that did not occur. We also will happily leave good reviews for people/companies who deserve them.
