I gladly paid travel costs because of the prompt service. In the end I thought the total bill might be high but I'm really not up to date on plumbing charges. Robert gave us his credentials and a quoted a competitive price, so we schedule. He was willing to come in the evening the next day. He talked through the problem to help me understand what might he going on, explaining along the way. He figured out what the problem was, but needed to trace the wire path to figure out where it was occurring. In the end, the job took 2.5 hours, and Robert charged us the price he quoted, which was than fair due to the time he took. He even offered to help clean up where we had to move furniture or where he had opened up a socket or light fixture. I recommend him.

I find it completely unethical to bill for a full second worker ($125/hr, while the kid probably makes all of $15/hr) under those circumstances. Be cautious and request an itemized breakdown before agreeing to service. That said, the work is done any my electric IS working, no complaints there.
