The store was recently remodeled and is beautiful, 99% of the time they have what I need. The rewards program is fantastic, earned rewards accumulate and are tracked in their system - when available, they just pull up on the register and apply to your sale; no need to keep track of pieces of paper to get your savings. Also, rewards are straight up dollars off on a future sale, not spending money to save money like other competitors. Finally, they have "store cats", which always brightens my day!

we have experienced very poor service from Henry's. We purchased a refrigerator with a defective…read moreice maker. it didn't make ice but made a repetitive grating sound that drove us nuts. It was difficult to schedule repair service with the store. They only service our area one day per week. When we finally received service the replacement ice maker did not function. Henry's insists, nevertheless, that we pay for the new ice maker. Can you imagine???? I would think carefully before doing business with this store.

I told them that I rented it for Wednesday not Thursday they were not moved. So I had to take an extra day off of work. Then when it was time for them to pick it up, it sat in my driveway for two weeks. When I called and asked them when were comin, it was always "tomorrow ". I will never rent anything from them again.
