I told them that I rented it for Wednesday not Thursday they were not moved. So I had to take an extra day off of work. Then when it was time for them to pick it up, it sat in my driveway for two weeks. When I called and asked them when were comin, it was always "tomorrow ". I will never rent anything from them again.

The store was recently remodeled and is beautiful, 99% of the time they have what I need. The rewards program is fantastic, earned rewards accumulate and are tracked in their system - when available, they just pull up on the register and apply to your sale; no need to keep track of pieces of paper to get your savings. Also, rewards are straight up dollars off on a future sale, not spending money to save money like other competitors. Finally, they have "store cats", which always brightens my day!

The first is simple and contemporary, the second involved an intricate pattern of colorful tiles forming wall-size images. Sara worked with us on the design, asking many questions to understand our aesthetic aims and practical needs, and offering a variety of options for us to choose among to achieve our goals. She also provided a variety of very effective ideas and solutions, considering the physical constraints of the (relatively small) spaces, to ensure the best use of spaces and to create a very open feel in both bathrooms, all in a cost-effective manner. The actual construction was done in an extremely professional manner by workers who were not only highly-skilled but also friendly, considerate of our needs, and responsive to our questions and concerns as the projects progressed. Particularly impressive, amazing really, was the tile work performed by Cliff. The colorful bathroom involved laying more than 1,000 tiles, and cutting more than 100 tiles to create the intricate design. It also involved the fitting of the many tiles to very close tolerance specifications. Cliff was both masterful and highly conscientious in completing this tile work. The result is stunning. In addition, along the way in both bathrooms, specific questions arose about alternative approaches to implementing features of the design. Cliff identified and raised these questions for us to think about, and he offered aesthetically pleasing solutions. In short, Cliff's work was thoughtful, technically masterful, and informed by his strong sense of aesthetic beauty. We are most impressed by Kitchen and Bath World for their general approach, their implementation, and the final product in renovating both bathrooms. Kitchen and Bath World has our highest recommendation.

Sadly, that has changed and we can no longer support them. I don't feel they are trustworthy. Appliance service has been very disappointing at BEST. We were sold a product with a missing part and were told multiple times that the part would be supplied, but it never was and we had to continually chase them. The missing part that was never even supplied, actually damaged the brand new appliance. We were sold an appliance that never worked properly and it was admitted to us finally that it was a manufacturer's defect, but no compensation of any sort was ever even offered. So there's two appliances that we purchased at full price, that ended up being not being as functional as they were supposed to be. Most recently, we were encouraged to spend over $750 dollars on fixing an old appliance only to have it break once and for all 2 months later. We had specifically asked if it was worth spending all that money on this unit or whether we should just buy a new one and we were Definitively recommended to do the repair. Now I have had to buy a new replacement appliance at the cost of what I spent on the repair plus $100 - a mere $1665 out of my pocket that I didn't really have to flush down the proverbial toilet. Their response to learning that the repaired appliance died? 'We (conveniently) have a sale coming up next week. Nope. No more. Hello big box store. And in discussing this recent terrible experience with friends and neighbors, come to find out that they have also had very similar experiences. Literally the Same experiences - appliances purchased that were missing parts and were guaranteed that the parts would be supplied, but they never were, poor service, etc. I'm not happy to be writing this review but I feel obligated to save others the pain and suffering we've been through

I have to agree with other reviewers mentioning how awful the installation process went. The…read morepurchase was super smooth because I did my homework and knew exactly what we wanted down to the model numbers. What really buttered my biscuit was them telling me my 220v outlet was not working....so, I hired an electrician to come out to fix an outlet that turns out was working perfectly.....($189.95) minimum house call charge. Also they had issue with the drainage for my dishwasher.....had a plumber come out to tell me they only needed a $2.75 PCV flange to get past their installation Issue. This is not the experience I expected and apparently purchasing a Heavy Duty Washer and Dryer, a Refrigerator, a Dishwasher and an Induction Stove ( which came out to more than a couple bucks) all at the same time does not warrant sending out installation people with more than one installation under their belts.
