Prices are already a little high but I don't mind it for the location and ambience. Today, my husband and I came in for pedicures and a fill. The lady doing my husband's pedicure only showed him prices starting at $90 and up when they offer $45 and up. When it was time to pay, I received a 15% off birthday text so when I mentioned it, the lady added to my check without me providing a code. Which means she could have told me it was in my account before the total. Then when my husband went to pay they added tip on although I had already paid a cash tip. They told me it couldn't be reversed and it was my husband who selected it but I watched him the entire time and all he did was tap his card. Finally they said they can adjust it when I insisted they cancel the transaction and recharge it. Then when I saw the receipt they charged me $5 for nail length. My nails were the same length when i started (short). Not once did my nail tech mention I would be charged $5 for short nails. I never asked for a receipt previous so now in the future I know to ask for itemized receipt. As a loyal customer I am deeply disappointed by my experience today and can't say that I will return to a nail shop where its customers are not appreciated.

One of the employees had the liner in the tub and ran the hot water and put some solution in the running water. It was hot and relaxing. He also brought me a small bottle of room temperature water and cut the massage chair on.. Shortly after the lady that performed my pedicure came over and tried to upsell me for a higher priced pedicure. She was very persistent but I knew what I wanted and I was not going to change my mind... The pedicure was quick and effective, kind of a rush job without much effort but maybe that's the process of getting a pedicure to get you in and out as quickly as possible.. overall I enjoyed it Note: I don't have hairy toes so there was nothing to cut off, men shouldn't have hairy toes and woman shouldn't have them either.. So ladies if you have hairy toes, please get that removed! Hairy toes are not attractive in any way!!!.. I took off one star because the lady asked me if I was paying cash because the price was $35 but I told her I was using a card. Then I said ok I will pay cash but when I got to the register the man charged me $37. Some where there was a communication gap, but I left a tip and departed!. I would return again...

This is my second time here getting a pedicure, this time I figured I would bring my grandson because my daughter wanted his first experience to be with a male rather than with her and my granddaughter. Let's say we don't want to confuse him and we want him to know it's ok for boys/men to get pedicures. So what better way to show him it's ok to get pampered than to go with his PaPa to get pedicures. But now these are different times and opportunities and education along with technology are here, and I believe it's my responsibility as a grandfather to educate my grandson and show him how life works so he will be well prepared for life when I'm long gone from this earth! The manicure was also great. It was just basic; no tips, no gel polish. Just a cleanup, shape and clear pinkish polish. Also, a great job. Today, I went for a mani/pedi. The pedi was nothing like other pedis I've gotten. I'd call it incomplete. The final product is passable, but disappointing. The manicure/clean up was not good. He cut my nails way too short. Once one is done, you've no choice but to even them up. When the polish was dry, I noticed the nails weren't smooth and glossy as usual. Turns out he had not removed the remnants of my old polish. I should've paid attention I guess, but polish removal is pretty basic manicure procedure. I will be taking a break from this place for a while .
