Michael Drennen sent it back for replacement. It took over 4 weeks before he was able to provide a replacement unit. In my current situation one of the ear molds broke (cheap plastic?) at the end of December 2025. A replacement mold arrived in late March, but it didn't match the receiver unit of my HA and had to be returned. It is now mid-May and I still don't have a replacement mold. If what you want is to purchase hearing aids from a reasonably reputable place, this is fine. If you want any service performed, then STAY AWAY.

They have baseball cards for free for the kids in the lobby. There are also vending machines for drinks and snacks. In the waiting room for ophthalmology, they have TVs and books for the kids(they can take a book home). The wait was brief and the doctor called us in herself. She was super nice and explained everything. The exam rooms were nice and clean, the exam was done efficiently, and I liked that the doctor spoke to my child as she explained everything and didnt just do the exam blindly.
