They did not show up and never called. They are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. If you need a hearing aid do not buy one from Miracle ear. Now I get another commitment from Miracle ear telling me they want me to call to resolve my issue which I have done twice and no on calls back. What a joke Still have not received a call. Ask and now both hearing aids have problems

Do not use Lahey Otolaryngology / ENT at Peabody or Burlington. Getting your nose looked at costs…read more$2200!! The national avg cost of Diagnostic Laryngoscopy procedure is $366 and it ranges from $110 to $375. Lahey charges $1600 extra just for seeing the Dr works in the hospital. The Dr also charged $600 for his time separately. According to their billing dept $1600 is the "facility charge" and is a flat fee. The total appt took 20 mins with a camera up in my nose looking around less than a min. Rip off practice. Go see an independent ENT whose office is not located inside of Lahey hospital building. You will avoid getting charged extra $1600 for parking in their facility, using their elevator and sitting in their waiting room.
