When you do get an appointment at the NA office you'll find they have no staff, equipment or supplies needed to fully service your hearing aids. So far, my experience with this office has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Check out the reviews for Hear More Associates in Lexington to get a better idea of what to expect. The front desk were very friendly, and sorted out my insurance issues so the exam was covered - going so far as to make the annoying phone calls on my behalf. Dr. Chin was similarly awesome, friendly and helpful with questions, doesn't have that 'rushed' vibe that doctors often have.

I got a revision surgery on only my right eyelid back in October 2025. Dr. Townsend did my right…read moreeyelid because he said the reason why my left eyelid is still looking droopy is because the eyelid creases are uneven. So to even it out he made the eyelid crease on my right eyelid to match my left eyelid. Enough time has passed to heal and see the results and I'm STILL noticing my left eyelid still droopy. I notice it in the mirror, when I'm taking a picture, I feel it still droopy and it still bothers me. I notice that on my right eyelid there is some extra skin on my inner eyelid crease that doesn't match the inner left eyelid crease. It just looks weird and I'm still self conscious about my eyelids. I look closely at the pictures I take of my eyelids and notice my left one is still droopy. I was told he fixed the levator muscle but I don't think the ptosis is fixed. I moved to California and I've seen several Ophthalmologist's here but they're not being useful.

I had a disappointing experience during a routine contact lens exam at Windham Family Eye Care…read more When I arrived, the front desk staff member told me she was locked out of the office computer system and could not log in to access insurance information. She even showed me the screen and explained that she couldn't access the insurance portals. I also observed multiple usernames and passwords written on sticky notes attached to the monitor. Because of this, the office could not verify my insurance benefits through Davis Vision. Despite not knowing my copay or contact lens allowance, I was told I needed to pay something and ended up purchasing a box of contacts for $85 out of pocket. A few weeks later I received a voicemail saying my contacts were ready and that I also owed $125 for the contact lens exam, which had not been disclosed during the visit. When I called to ask about it, I was told my contact lens allowance had already been used simply because the office billed the exam. This was frustrating because I had already paid for contacts out of pocket specifically because the office could not verify my insurance. After raising concerns, the exam fee was eventually waived, but only after a lengthy discussion. Overall the experience involved significant disorganization, lack of insurance verification, and unclear communication about fees and insurance benefits.
