Hubby went back the next week and decided to do just that. Plunked down nearly 6K. Ron sold them. The first week they irritated his ear mightily. Could not wear them. He decided to return them. Drove back to the office in Portsmouth NH and was told, "Oh, we can't take them back here. Someone will call you with instructions to mail them back." Red flag number one! Waited five days and heard from no one. Began calling Ron again for help because our thirty days is nearly up and we want to be done with these things. Eventually called the main 1-800 line and got help from a lovely lady. The dude eventually called us and asked a few questions and then said we could return them to the office after all. Seriously? Oh, and there is a fee of $300 to return them. UM, what? We went through this initially and I asked them twice what the fees were to return. NOBODY told us of the $300 charge even though I asked Nathan TWICE. We drove to the office and talked to Nathan. "OH, I am sorry about that. If I had sold them to you I would have told you all that," he shrugged." I ASKED YOU TWICE," I reminded him. Yes, it was written in tiny print on the paperwork, but after asking all my questions about cost I expected them to be forthcoming and aboveboard about all associated costs. What a rip-off. What a mistake. I would not buy from this outfit.

The Dr. was friendly and knowledgeable, he explained everything he was doing and what he was checking for, as well as providing me with other examples and anecdotal evidence of personnel in similar situations as myself. All of his equipment is relatively new and works well from what I could gather. Highly recommend. One thing to note: the first time I drove there I was sent to a different location. It took me a bit to figure it out, but I was actually sent to 449 US Rt. 1, the actual address is 453 US Rt. 1. Manually putting the address in gave me the correct location. Additionally, approaching it can be difficult to see as well. There is a Domino's directly across from the office. Once you see the Domino's, look for the sign across the street and just follow the path.

The testing was thorough and he fitted me with the correct aides for my needs. He was knowledgable on various insurance....and also offers an amazing interest free payment schedule for the devices. They have greatly improved many areas of my life. I hear better at work, out with friends, and watching TV. I now realize how loud I had become when talking! I'm not asking "what" all the time, nor am I missing half the conversation. And my husband finally has the TV back to a normal volume. I'm also very impressed with all the follow up. After you wear them for a week, you go back for digital fine-tuning....and again 2-3 later. Every detail is attended to from volume control, back ground noise, cleaning...I am very happy and wish I had not put this off for so long.

Sandy makes a lot of communication mistakes...gets things mixed up ... i had to get new lenses due to the doctors flub up.. Sandy never communicated this to me for months..i went told half hour the man comes out and hands me the glasses all set goodbye .. no sitting down checking to make sure all was up to snuff ect... just so long..customer service??ive experienced several snaffoos here that shouldnt have happened going to get my new glasses a young girl brought them out for fitting ect..i told her what i needed and she paniced with deer inthe headlights and ran off so Sandy came and adjusted..they are ok i would say give them a chance but dont be surprised by a lot of errors i think ill pass on them next time... but good luck...by the way when I noticed the doctor gave me the wrong reading strength I went to tell Sandy and she checked yes yes not strong enough let me call the doctor I went back a week later to find out she was like huh? Is there a problem..no clue..then she calls months later asking when I was gonna come get the new lenses put in which was never communicated to me..she did aplogogize..but....
