Got invaligns after 2 consecutive appointments of them mentioning I should. Never had any issues with bite or anything. Went terrible. Thought it was gonna be Dr. Hamada but he did none of my appointments, his colleague did. On removal the brackets were still jagged. Dr. Hamada did my retainer appointment and I initially opted for the upgraded retainer at his suggestion. The next day I called and discussed doing the basic one which I had already paid for. They said they would call when it was ready. They never did. By then my teeth were shifting back. Next dental appointment I saw Dr Hamada and he seemed visibly upset that I said I just let it go. He was short with my visit as well. I love how the office failing to log my preference and calling for the retainer included in the $5k I paid for the Invisalign wasn't addressed though. Nobody ever made that right, apologized, or sent me any retainer. Office manager is argumentative and unprofessional when you bring these issue up. If you don't she's fine. Now I keep getting a bill for $134 on an unexplained charge which I was never billed for. They claim they sent it but never did and I have no issue getting other mail from them.

I came to Divya to address a women's health issue which is not easy to talk about with a stranger so I was initially nervous, but I immediately felt at ease with Divya. She made me feel so supported that I always felt I could share with her without fear of being judged. Margarita is one of the most creative physical therapists I have ever met! You will not end up doing your standard 3 sets of 10 with Margarita - she is inventive and always thinks of new ways to challenge me. I always felt like Margarita was tailoring my program to me instead of just prescribing the same set of exercises to every patient. This is where the organization went bad. Ever facility we picked, they came back and let me know they are no longer accepting parental placement. After going through 3-4 facilities they point blank told us the best way to get him help was turn him over to state custody and then all of their locations would accept him. They get $150/day from the federal government for each kid in state custody, but they do not get that money if a kid is parental placement. My son was adopted so he has already been through the system before, and I am not doing that again. So of you are looking for a treatment facility for your kid, do NOT use Kidlink.

I am not sure how this clinic will able to run a business. My son and I were looking for a place to…read morecontinue our allergy shots because of relocation. I contact the clinic multiple time in a week, and always got sent to voice mail box until the mail box was full and no longer can leave a message. A week later I call again, the phone was pick up by a not very polite old man, and after going over insurance and all other details, finally can secure a date to see me and my son about 1.5 months later. I didn't receive any confirmation or call or email until a day before my appointment. The front desk guy Jim sent out that email on Sep 24,2022 Saterday 11:59pm?! What kind of the manegenent is that? I even went to that place on Aug 31,2022 (Wed) morning, the clinic has a paper posted on the front door said it's open hour, but the clinic was closed. I wasn't sure if the clinic is reliable to go to, so I decided not to do allergy shots there and emailed Jim back. He called me on Sunday afternoon and wanted to confirm my appt. I told him I already emailed you that we'd like to cancel the appt ( I didn't say because you guys are not responsive!) And he said that's not very noce then hung up the phone...Be aware of this clinic. Anyone who has a front desk manager that Jim will ruin your business!!

I'm extremely picky with my doctors, and I've had some trouble with allergists in the past. Dr…read more Laznickova ranks in the top three of any doctors of any kind I've ever had in my life. First of all, she's good at what she does. I have some pretty weird allergies (celery, strawberries... and beer?!) in addition to my horrible pollen troubles. She gave me the most thorough allergy testing I've had and laid out all the information so that I could understand it (it has a name - oral allergy syndrome). She then laid out a plan of attack for us and it's been working wonders! Dr. Laznickova also has a great bedside manner. Shots are often painless, and lollipops are always offered. No matter what, she is always concerned about how you feel and will ask you - at least several times per visit. This is seriously the sweetest doctor I've ever known. She's also on your side when you're on a budget. For example, she gave me a catalog with some things I could buy to help control my dust mite allergies. I've seen these before, and I don't believe in some of the products, So, when I mentioned these feelings, she pointed out the exact items that would give me the most benefit for the least cost - a $5 mattress cover instead of a $100 air filtration system. I also got a ton of free samples, which I haven't even needed to replace months later! All the logistical things are perfect at this office. The location is easy to get to even in 8:30 AM traffic. Parking is ample and wait times are short. When the doctor sees you, there is no rush to get you out the door and you have her full attention. In summary, you can't go wrong here. Five stars.
