This center is VERY new. Went there for the 1st time, although there are signs I found it…read moresomewhat confusing. The building itself is immense with an emergency side to it similar to a regular hospital. Entering you first see a cafe that was open, but didn't appear to be completed for business. There are elevators to the appointment floor to the right. When I reached the 3rd floor to check in again it was somewhat confusing... It would have helped if they had a greeter in order to know which line to wait in. Anyway, I just stood and waited. When it became my turn the admin person was thorough and explained everything to me. I was given a sheet of paper and asked to sit in a huge waiting area. There were a lot of people waiting.... I thought Yikes, it's going to be a long wait. But it wasn't too bad. When my name was called I followed the nursing assistant through sets of doors and a long hallway to an exam room. I must state that the view from the window was spectacular. Before long my Dr came in. For privacy reasons I won't add her name to my review. But I will add that she couldn't be kinder, explaining everything, and answering all my questions. I never felt rushed... My entire visit was over within just short of an hour. Time to checkout.... Again, back to the huge room without anyone to assist. Not knowing I ended up waiting in the same line where this all began. When it became my turn I was told rudely that - no, the checkout area is on the other side.... That I DIDN'T appreciate. I moved on & took care of scheduling other appointments. Perhaps because this place is so new they need to work some things out ..I don't know. But I'm hoping my next visit is somewhat easier.

Drs and staff are typically wonderful! Maureen Lewis, a staff at DF Methuen site, is the rudest person we have encountered. Approx a month ago she verbally assaulted my father , as I demanded she speak differently she only got worse. I intervened ( against my better judgement ) as my father showed signs of fear ( he is wheelchair bound) . She called for her office manager who only saw my reaction and not the events that led up to the issue. They are now not allowing me to accompany my Dad to his treatment there. Basing their opinion on my reaction and not the facts at hand . The office manager , Kristen, needs to learn how to support the patients when they fear for their own safety when being verbally attacked by a nurse . Ironically when Ms Lewis was screaming at us about Covid protocol she neglected to say she had traveled to Mexico in late fall of 2020 and didn't follow guidelines when traveling or returning. Additionally, they can draw blood and take x-rays right on the premises, so you don't wind up running around town. I've been going there for years and I've always been treated respectfully. They seem to appreciate the fact that my time is valuable and I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes to see my doctor. I would describe the operation as having a culture of customer service. I stumbled onto Caron family chiropractic. At my initial visit, Dr. Caron took the time to take measurements of range of motion and evaluate my poster. She then sat down and explained her findings in a way I could understand and answered all my questions. She worked with me to come up with a reasonable and realistic treatment plan. She treated me as a person and not a patient. I feel Dr. Caron is an extremely knowledgeable and caring peron. I would and have recommend her to all my family and friends. The convenience of it to my house is great and the fact that the entire complex is both comfortable and inviting made it very much worth my trip. This is part of a larger group of doctors and specialists and only a small piece to this large building but the people who work here are great, the whole area is clean and they offer free coffee to patients and family while you wait. Which would have been consumed if I had been there longer but was seen so quickly I did not get to have any. Which in a place like this is fine with me. I was in triage within minutes of arrival and less than an hour after that I was being examined. All the staff who saw me today were nicer than I had expected and very understanding. I was in and out within 2 hours, was able to get a clear diagnosis and gained knowledge of this wonderful facility that before this I had only drove by and really didn't quite know what they did or who they were. I would now recommend this to anyone in the area who needs care but can't get an appointment with their PCP in a reasonable amount of time. They also have great hours!

The adjustments are much more comprehensive than any other doctor I've seen. I have been seeing him for awful TMJ, neck pain/forward neck posture and back pain. I'm definitely making progress and feel relief every time I leave. He doesn't rush through in two minutes and is incredibly thorough & knowledgeable. He has educated me on not just posture but the power of breathing correctly which has helped my anxiety tremendously. There is a focus on wellness being the whole person. I'm someone who gets nervous with doctors, especially male ones and he is so kind & supportive that it puts me at immediate ease. Not that this is a deciding factor for a lot of people but the waiting area when you first walk in is beautiful and peaceful. It sets the tone. It's very easy to get ahold of the office and his wife who coordinates the phone booking is super sweet and helpful.
