When I first started at Community Chiro, I had a particular way of being adjusted, which was a different practice than CC used on me. CC goes above and beyond with their patient care. I am so thankful they were able to accommodate my travel schedule and talk over the phone with me. Community Chiro offers health plans, insurance coverage, and pay as you go options. It makes adjustments super affordable and manageable. They also offer classes and dinners throughout the year to get all their patients together. They really do strive to represent their name and bring the community together.

I've been treated with genuine care at every single appointment. Dr. Steve has gone out of his way to listen to my concerns and educate me along the way. The women at the front desk are friendly, welcoming, and personable. Since it was my first appointment, I assumed I would only be meeting with the doctor for a consultation, as that was my experience at the previous office. Instead, I met with Dr. Todd, and I was immediately impressed by how thorough and knowledgeable he was. He took the time to go over everything in detail and seemed genuinely focused on my care rather than selling me an expensive payment plan. He explained my condition, answered my questions, adjusted me during my first visit, and worked with me to create a treatment plan. One thing I really appreciated was that there was no pressure to pay for a large package of treatments upfront. In fact, I had to remind the front desk that I had a copay. At my previous chiropractor, I felt pressured into making a significant payment before treatment even began, and after two visits, the doctor had never actually touched me. At Greater Lowell Chiropractic, Dr. Todd adjusted both my back and neck, put me on a roller table, and used a pulsating therapy device as part of my treatment. I left feeling like I had finally received the care I was looking for. Another huge benefit is their flexibility with scheduling. They can accommodate appointments after I get out of work, which helps me avoid using valuable PTO hours. I honestly wish I had come to Greater Lowell Chiropractic first. I'm extremely satisfied with the care I've received so far and look forward to continuing my treatment plan. Being able to pay as I go, rather than paying for all appointments upfront, is another reason I feel comfortable and confident continuing my care here. Highly recommended.

He has educated me on not just posture but the power of breathing correctly which has helped my anxiety tremendously. There is a focus on wellness being the whole person. I'm someone who gets nervous with doctors, especially male ones and he is so kind & supportive that it puts me at immediate ease. Not that this is a deciding factor for a lot of people but the waiting area when you first walk in is beautiful and peaceful. It sets the tone. It's very easy to get ahold of the office and his wife who coordinates the phone booking is super sweet and helpful. I won't be using insurance for my son (though do use Harvard Pilgrim for me) and the rates for out of pocket were unbelievably low and reasonable.
