Now, September 9th, 2019, we receive a bill from them for $60. 8 and a half years AFTER the bill supposedly went out!! They claimed it was turned over to collections and that they have no clue what happened after that but we have not received a single bill from them or a collection agency in eight and a half years! We have not had anything show up on our credit report either. Tina R. who must do their billing could not tell me the name of the Collection Agency that it went to or how, if it went to collections, they have the account back in their office. She did tell my husband that he could pay either her or the collection agency in a phone call a few minutes prior to me speaking with her. Tina was extremely rude for a woman wanting me to willingly pay a bill that was eight and a half years old that we have received nothing on in almost as many years! Beware past clients! You too may get a bill that is almost a decade old that they will swear you have been receiving the entire time!

I scheduled my first consult and massage on the phone with Mary, the receptionist. She neglected to book my massage after my consult. I was so disappointed to say the least. I let it go. I had to reschedule my 2nd appointment, which Mary did when I called. However, the next day she called me to tell me I missed my appointment. I informed her I had called and cancelled it a few days previously. How hard is it to manage a client's appointment? Also, I was told the initial consult would be $185, only to get home and look at my bill which was $365! This was for less than one hour of consult. Not sure what type of business they are running there but I will not be going back for further disappointment.
