He was patient and explained exactly what I was experiencing in my shoulders , neck and the root cause of my headaches in doctor terms and broke it down to I could understand completely . After a little electronic stimulation and snap, crackle, pop. I could actually look up! I'm sold. I've sent many friends to Dr. Gleason and they all say the same thing he works miracles. I scheduled my first consult and massage on the phone with Mary, the receptionist. She neglected to book my massage after my consult. I was so disappointed to say the least. I let it go. I had to reschedule my 2nd appointment, which Mary did when I called. However, the next day she called me to tell me I missed my appointment. I informed her I had called and cancelled it a few days previously. How hard is it to manage a client's appointment? Also, I was told the initial consult would be $185, only to get home and look at my bill which was $365! This was for less than one hour of consult. Not sure what type of business they are running there but I will not be going back for further disappointment.
