Three people came out (of which the space is very small and dark), and they spoke amongst each other to see who would take who and for which service (head hydromassage and body massage - 60 minutes each). I went into my room for a body massage. Bed not warm, and just a cheap sheet on. The message was very VERY rough. messaged over towels (not warmed). I thought I would be getting a rub burn. THEN, later, the oil comes out, and she wore gloves, which were ... bunched-up on her hands, so I felt that. I then turned over, and she basically threw a towel over my eyes (not warm, just a towel!). VERY painful, even when I stated it was too hard, many times. Also, the movements were very VERY fast, and not whole - relaxing. There are a couple of other things that made me very uncomfortable, but I will leave it at that. I almost just stopped the appointment a few times. I prob should have. The hydromassage was .... okay. 60 minutes is WAY too long for that. NOT going back.

They got me in very quickly and I did the 1 hour massage for $73 which I don't think is that expensive! *However side note: for deep tissue massage they do require 20% tip, I didn't have a problem with it but I think it should be known on the website just in case someone doesn't have the funds. My massage lady went to WORK on my back: and I did get a deep tissue massage so I knew what I was getting myself into. She found ALL the knots I had and broke them down while still asking me if I'm okay. She was super professional and was constantly working on my body. As she massaged she knew where I needed more work done. I loved the hot stone part, probably my favorite part! I left this place so relaxed but also so sore because she really did her job. The place and employees were also clean and well put together, in their 30s and appropriately dressed but you could tell they woke up in the morning and looked in the mirror, put on a reasonable outfit, did their hair etc etc... Hadn't been on the area for awhile and stopped in on my way back from the airport recently. I was assigned a 60 year old woman who was wearing an old pair of sweatpants, dirty gym shoes, had what I would describe as bed head, and about 15 minutes into the massage I realized it wasn't a mildew smell from the shower I was smelling rather she stunk like a week old wet towel. The massage was ok, she tried and was nice but just wasn't very good at it. Place has obviously gone downhill. To the owners - appearance and hygiene matters for this sort of close-contact business. You need to make sure all your employees are properly trained in massage and are putting themselves together for work, ie showers, hair, dressing reasonably and not like a bum. Simple stuff.
