I had to reschedule my 2nd appointment, which Mary did when I called. However, the next day she called me to tell me I missed my appointment. I informed her I had called and cancelled it a few days previously. How hard is it to manage a client's appointment? Also, I was told the initial consult would be $185, only to get home and look at my bill which was $365! This was for less than one hour of consult.
