Obviously, everyone's health and results will vary, but I can at least attest to the fact that I've gone through not one, but three (3) chiropractors prior to Dr. Fudge. In hindsight, I learned that the other chiropractic methods only essentially acted like a Band-Aid, and did NOT create a solution. The pain kept coming back. One chiropractor had me sign a 2-year contract. If that happens, run away! Another chiropractor had all of these fancy machines that overstimulated my muscles, making me think something was wrong with me when the reality was it was an unbalanced electric massage. The other chiropractor pretty much said I couldn't lift more than 5 lbs. indefinitely, otherwise "my atlas would slip out," which is not the case. Consequently, my health was deteriorating before I began visiting Dr. Fudge. Now, my neck pain is GONE and my gait has improved. When you're in pain for so long living day-to-day, you begin to forget what it's like to feel normal. Now that I'm "living again" I'm capable of lifting more weight and feeling more comfortable when I'm on the computer for long periods of time. I have Dr. Fudge to thank for truly upholding the Hippocratic Oath. His luck changed when he started seeing Dr. Sciuto. He referred me when I had reoccurring inflammation/pain in my back, and Massage Therapy wasn't working. My first office visit consisted of x-rays and an assessment by Dr. Sciuto. I was scheduled to come back that afternoon to go over the x-rays with him. I thought the explanation of diagnosis was educational as well as interesting. I started treatments right away, twice per week. Every adjustment instantly relieved my pain. As my symptoms reduced, so did the frequency of my appointments. I'm down to just one adjustment per month and that's all I need to maintain. I've coupled the adjustments with Massage Therapy because they really go hand-in-hand for preventative health care. The second appointment we mapped out what I need to do and I brought in all my existing supplements and which ones I should be getting rid of and which ones I should still be taking. Having 2 kids, a husband and a full time 50+ hour a week job I needed help from the extra stress I was putting on my body. I was a vegan for 1 1/2 years before seeing Dr. Giordano hoping that changing my diet would cure what the stress was doing to my body. Since seeing Dr. Giordano I have realized our food supply is lacking and I cut out most sugar and grains but added back in healthy meat, fish & veggies since consulting with him.
