The second appointment we mapped out what I need to do and I brought in all my existing supplements and which ones I should be getting rid of and which ones I should still be taking. Having 2 kids, a husband and a full time 50+ hour a week job I needed help from the extra stress I was putting on my body. I was a vegan for 1 1/2 years before seeing Dr. Giordano hoping that changing my diet would cure what the stress was doing to my body. Since seeing Dr. Giordano I have realized our food supply is lacking and I cut out most sugar and grains but added back in healthy meat, fish & veggies since consulting with him. With proper supplementation I have my energy back and now that I am in a managing phase I have time to enjoy having my back realigned if I need it, I also have percussion done on my back as well as electric stimulation which helps re-educate the muscles and reset the spinal fluid. This treatment relaxes me and I walk out of his office feeling refreshed. Dr. Giordano is a wealth of knowledge and wish I could keep up with all the knowledge he has when speaking to me. I highly recommend trying this out for 2 months and see if you see a difference.

The spinal bones surround the spinal cord--which is the super information-highway for your nerve system. Your nerves control the function of all your internal organs. Stress from everyday living can cause subluxations of the spinal bones. This subluxation-pressure on the spinal cord causes nerve malfunction. This prevents brain messages from reaching the rest of the body. Chiropractors correct these subluxations by gently re-positioning the spinal bones. It is like turning on an electrical switch. When this correction occurs, the nerves immediately begin to heal and the messages going from the brain--through the spine--to the rest of the body are restored. Improved function (health) results.
