She does all the adjustments I ask for every time I go in (from my jaw to my toes) and always leaves me feeling better. She understands that I have a limited number of appointments allowed by my insurance, and doesn't push me to come more often than I can afford. She's kind, personable, and interested in my overall well-being. She's also a nutritionist, and is open to any and all of my questions! She makes suggestions of things I can try to help heal my other ailments. She offers high-quality supplements at reasonable prices. One time, I took a supplement and had a weird reaction to it. Dr. Sullivan asked me to bring the bottle back in so she could take them herself and see if it happened to her, too. She not only gave me a full refund, but was willing to risk having the same reaction herself to make sure it was just a fluke and not something wrong with the supplements. Take my word for it...she really cares. (Turns out it was me...not the supplements. Go figure.) Her office is always offering freebies, including raffles and free chair massages! I did stipulate if Dr David had an emergency, I would be fine using Dr Brandon Linatsis instead. When Dr David announced his retirement and that he was selling the business to his son, I was very confident in rolling over to Dr Brandon. Over time, seeing obvious growth changes and the need to enlarge the current building or move to a larger location, Dr Brandon decided to implement his desire to create a holistic environment where his patients could move between other associates/doctors/specialized certified practitioners all affiliated within a group of qualified providers under one roof. My husband and I have been observers and patients during its growing pains and successes. We've been with Dr Brandon from Nashua Family Chiropractic to Blue Zone and now Lyphos, each time a seamless transition for us. I had scheduled the intake appointment with him from an ad that was running, $49 for consultation, X-rays and an adjustment! I was so desperate for the adjustment, I was willing to pay and go for the appointment, even if he couldn't help me past that! This man, not only gave me several options of offices I could go to for care, but he also gave me his personal recommendations of exactly who to see, who would be able to help me, with exactly the type of care I needed, he personally reached out to other offices on my behalf, and he refused to charge me! Now, I've been going twice a week to a Dr, (Dr Pratt's personal recommendation) whose office takes my insurance and the Doctor he recommended to me is just as kind, and has finally gotten me to a place that my body is healing, my pain levels are slowly decreasing, and my muscles are so sore from the adjustments because of how out of wack my entire back/neck/hips were!
