The first visit he went through my results with the images and my complaint/s then starting to work on the area that needed attention, he was straight forward and told me I will try my best and we can hope for the best, however there is a chance it may not work and at that point I will let you know as to not have you waste time or money. Within one visit I was still not back, but could tell that I chose the correct path and place. I must have gone two or three times before I would consider myself back to at least 85% better, now days are completely great (no pain) and at worst back to the 85%. I now know I made the correct choice at the correct time. I still go every once and awhile if I feel as though I pushed myself too much. I need to add that I truly was nervous and kept thinking how can I live in pain like this my whole life, I wouldn't get to play with my daughter nor work on without constant pain. I don't know how he did it but I am grateful and my mind is at ease now, so much that I cancelled my pain dr.'s apt. I would now consider Maroon a friend not only due to the help but because he is also, honest, to the point and connects with patients. Obviously, everyone's health and results will vary, but I can at least attest to the fact that I've gone through not one, but three (3) chiropractors prior to Dr. Fudge. In hindsight, I learned that the other chiropractic methods only essentially acted like a Band-Aid, and did NOT create a solution. The pain kept coming back. One chiropractor had me sign a 2-year contract. If that happens, run away! Another chiropractor had all of these fancy machines that overstimulated my muscles, making me think something was wrong with me when the reality was it was an unbalanced electric massage. The other chiropractor pretty much said I couldn't lift more than 5 lbs. indefinitely, otherwise "my atlas would slip out," which is not the case. Consequently, my health was deteriorating before I began visiting Dr. Fudge. Now, my neck pain is GONE and my gait has improved. When you're in pain for so long living day-to-day, you begin to forget what it's like to feel normal. Now that I'm "living again" I'm capable of lifting more weight and feeling more comfortable when I'm on the computer for long periods of time.
