Horrible way to start a relationship with a doctor I have never seen. I would never make an appointment with a doctors office that is more worried about getting paid than helping me with my issue. Naturally they would be paid whether the insurance was paying or not. How insulting to treat a potential client so disrespectfully.

The office is updated and clean, the staff were all down to earth and professional. Dr. Dalrymple was able to quickly resolve my issue for me and made some footwear recommendations to help with preventing another flare up. I've since received the new items based on her recommendations and they're some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I'll likely be going back to look at orthotics going forward soon, but had an all around great experience at this office and would definitely recommend going in.

First the place is immaculately clean. The office staff were very accommodating and helpful in getting me sign-in. Unlike a lot of medical interactions the wait was 4 minutes...4 MINUTES!!! Marisa was the technician and took the time to explain the process and what I should expect. BASC is one of the few facilities that has the newer open MRI system, a much easier road than the torpedo tube they used to stick you in. Marisa spoke to me every 5 minutes during the 20 minute scan to make sure I was OK. After the test she somehow produced a CD of my MRI and explained that if my physician could not open the disk BASC could push the imaging to him. Very thorough......so super service, a new device and//// BASC was hundreds less than other facilities and my insurance is sending me a $100 check for helping keep the cost of healthcare down. I also got a free t-shirt and water bottle...and finally this company has been very philanthropic for kids with cancer. I constantly see their banners at CHAD and Kristens Gift events.

I recently went again because of an ingrown toenail that was causing me a lot of pain. I made an appointment to have it removed, as I was sick dealing with it. When I got there, I was informed that Dr. Rudman had retired(lucky him!). Dr. Kristin Visco, his replacement and recent med school graduate, was my new doctor. Dr. Visco was quite impressive - very friendly and professional. She checked out my toe and thankfully told me she could probably take care of it without removing the toenail - which was a tremendous relief! She quickly did some minor cutting away of a callous under the nail, and told me to soak it a few times in the next couple of days, and it should be fine. She was right - I'm walking around in no pain and am very happy. A more unscrupulous Doctor might have gone ahead with my request to remove the nail, as they would probably make a lot more money on it, and as I had full coverage insurance, wouldn't have effected me financially one way or the other.
