I have a connective tissue disorder, so I've seen Mike's team for TMJ pain, shoulder pain, pre-surgical strengthening and mobility of the hand and forearm, and low back/sciatic pain. The team has treated me with modalities including heat, ice, cupping, dry-needling, massage, active stretching, and range of motion exercises. They're also excellent instructors for my strength exercises and home program. I have been a patient of Michelle for over 4 years. When your feeling down and disappointed with what happening to your body, she has a way of making you feel better. I had a fracture of my knee and was in rehab (which was useless, all I got from them was pain medicine I finally discharge myself and made an appointment with Michelle. After 3 months in a wheelchair I had enough of the run around with people not listening me. Michelle told me she would have me out of the wheelchair within a month. She had me out of the chair in three weeks. She built up my muscles in my legs to get me ready for surgery. I had the surgery to replace my knee. Started therapy and she said I would get rid of the walker in 4 to 6 weeks. Because of all the work she put me threw before the surgery I was walking without the walker in about two weeks. He was completely neglected , when he rang for to get out of bed no one answered, he had to go the rest room , no one answered the bell , it took a long time for someone to come, he was a fall risk and was not hooked up to a bell to go off of her got up, was suppose to have compression for blood flow after surgery it was not done for days, special diet was told and he received a glazed donut with syrup , dinner was often at 6- 7pm and was awful , the food is terrible looks very scary, the hall carpet was filthy , ( had to buy food ) room was not cleaned, his water never filled, he was never checked on, they drawer blood and left the blood bandage and items they used in the counter, never changed his clothes, never washed him unless I asked. never checked on, employees sit at thedesk , the staff is very loud talking in the halls day and night , Covid was there and we were not told , a lady in isolation was two doors from my father, scary scary place. I discharged my father early and brought him home with me. please be careful , this is no longer the place your parents rememeber.Sad to say.
