The massage was ok, she tried and was nice but just wasn't very good at it. Place has obviously gone downhill. To the owners - appearance and hygiene matters for this sort of close-contact business. You need to make sure all your employees are properly trained in massage and are putting themselves together for work, ie showers, hair, dressing reasonably and not like a bum. Simple stuff.
