Prior to visiting her I had gone to another chiropractor who diagnosed my injury wrong after only spending 5-10 min tops with only asking me questions and then proceeding to adjust me and when a "crack" was not made they had said "I'll see you at your next appointment. Next appointment came around and 5 min in with an unsuccessful adjustment they replied "I'll see you at your next appointment". At that point I knew they were not the right people to go to. Found Evolved on Instagram later that night, their IG and website was very informative so I sent an email. Got a reply the very next morning from Rhylee and she was able to schedule me in the very next morning. First impression of this was a good sign I made the right choice. With having a bad experience with the previous chiro I was not a expecting much. But Dr. Lyndsay blew me away. Her attention to detail, patient awareness, her making me feel comfortable was nothing short of amazing. This first visit was an hr long and she took the time to understand my lifestyle and assess my injury accordingly which in turn was a completely different diagnose then what was originally thought of from the previous Dr. At the very end she was able to adjust me and that's where I lost it. I got teary-eyed and couldn't thank her enough. I drove home crying to my fiancé because I was so relieved after having to deal with this injury for 2 weeks with no rhyme or reason. I still have more visits until I'm completely healed but having been able to get some peace both physically and mentally from Dr. Lyndsay in the first visit is astounding. I Highly highly recommend Dr. Lyndsay. She's knowledgeable in her practice and her patient awareness is top notch!

However little communication after, I would just show up for appoints, pay the $20 co-pay and then leave. No conversation as to "this may take a year, or more" or "you are improving, or dying, etc) His receptionist: Sorry to say but she just won't shut up. Constant babble. Here is the kicker. She was quick to tell me that they accepted my insurance. Four months later, she tells me that they do NOT take my insurance and I am going to have to pay the full amount. Bait and switch? Not sure. But I will be more on top of this next time. In the end, we struck a deal over the final bill and cut ties. I would go back, but if I do, I would ask many more questions.

This friend was 100 percent right! He is an amazing chiropractor. My first visit he treated me on and off for 2 hours . He uses some electrodes that help relax and block muscle pain and an electronic ultrasound machine that relaxes trigger points! Highly effective at treating pain and soarness! He also did a full chiropractic adjustment including my legs and feet. I have been to chiropractors before and have never had my feet adjusted. I cannot say enough positive things about Bruce himself. He is a very educated , friendly and really cares about his patients. Especially with how he treated me and helped me when I showed up to his office, in excruciating pain, with a bad back and had just recently had a bad fall. Dr. Pratt helped me get to where I am today, and the one adjustment I did receive from him? I woke up the next morning completely pain free, for the first time in YEARS. All these years, and all this pain I've physically had to deal with. 3 rounds of physical therapy in the last two years. Cortisone injections for the last year. God sent me to this wonderful man who works in the chiropractic field. Dr Pratt saw me, in pain, I couldn't sit still I was so uncomfortable , and would wince just having to stand up. He took the time to listen to my story, and I'm pretty sure he knew the entire time I was there that I couldn't afford him, nor did he take my insurance. But he didn't treat me any less than. Now, I've been going twice a week to a Dr, (Dr Pratt's personal recommendation) whose office takes my insurance and the Doctor he recommended to me is just as kind, and has finally gotten me to a place that my body is healing, my pain levels are slowly decreasing, and my muscles are so sore from the adjustments because of how out of wack my entire back/neck/hips were!
