I have been working with the same physical therapist, Ryan Knight, for many years now, because I have multiple, chronic, and degenerative conditions such as fused spine, artificial hip joints, spinal diseases, severe joint degeneration, nerve impingement, etc., and these conditions will continue to get worse as I age, and cannot be "fixed" or "healed." Dr. Knight has helped me through the years to maintain my activities of daily living, basic chores, helped me to exercise (often rather aggressively), be able to walk my dog (an important aspect to my wellness). He focuses on the mind/body connection. He is consistent, very knowledgeable and if I need assistance and it's outside his area, he will always find referrals for me and resources so that I am not left without care. He also involves me and educates me in the process, so I'm not just a passive passenger in the appointments. It's easy to get an appointment, there's very little waiting time, he's thorough in his assessment and attention to detail, and he stays up to date on new modalities, and he always checks in with me to see how I'm doing. Given I will need to be in physical therapy for many years to come, I am pleased that I have found the perfect therapist, and he's in a great location that's easy to get to. All the therapists in this facility are very adept and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I've got a lot of experience working with PT's over the years, and I feel I've finally found the best in the area. read more
