This place oh my my... so laughable... going there thinking to get decent burger and yes it does but the place/building really turned me off. It is just worst than eating in mcdonalds (and btw their fries taste exactly like mcd's) but they charge at premium price. I never heard ice machine that loud plus the room doesn't have any soundproof, you can hear EVERY damn thing echoing from everywhere, kitchen, guest, etc... shooting into your eardrums, a typical amateur restaurant. It's like they encourage you to eat outside 100F. Go eat at mcdonald instead to get better experience. read more

Classic Burger was actually Excellent!! And trust me.... I normally don't give a high complement as this one. You can actually taste the flavor of true meat. My wife has the turkey burger with sweet potatoes (I stole a couple, they gave me buyers remorse..., I'll get them instead of fries). She loved the turkey burger Price wise.... a bit on the expensive.... Boyfriend really wanted to try it out and we both wanted a sit down place. Had no idea it was fast food, but that doesn't really matter. I had the little flat combo with fries. I didn't care for the fries, but Ohmygoodness, the tots were the best EVER! I'd go back just for those! Totally worth the carbs and calories! Really good burgers! They off good low carb options which is unusual for burger places. The lettuce wrap bun is really good and held together unlike most places! Good flavor of meat and the bacon is good and crisp. awesome outdoor seating area that is covered and can be closed in! The play ground for the kids is so awesome I want to play on it! I just finished my cheeseburger, fries, chocolate malt. This is a good place. I had a little hat, a single patty with trimmings. I also had a small order of fries and the chocolate malt. I was not paying attention to much to the order, so when I got the chocolate malt it was served in the type of cup that allows whip cream. Tragically there was no whip cream. Perhaps that was my fault and that was part of the build your own package. I would recommend that they add whip cream to the chocolate malt only because that seems to be the standard at many fast food places right now. The price was fair and the service was great. It is very kid friendly with an outdoor jungle gym. So expect to have noise of the little kids having fun on the jungle gym as you enjoy your burger if you choose to eat there. read more

First time coming here tonight (Sat, Jan 25th, 2020) and will definitely come back. Kids had fun, loved the chicken nuggets kid meal and of course, enjoyed playing at the playground. Place like this is a perfect fit for the south Katy/Cinco Ranch area. Food is great, price is good and kids running around having fun. I like it a lot because there's enough space between the outdoor seating area and the playground where you're not thinking, "man these kids are noisy!" We are a family of 5: 2 adults, 1 big kid and 2 toddlers. After having read the negative reviews, I went here with low expectations but was pleasantly surprised! The bbq bacon cheeseburger was really good! You can order the kids burgers without drink/ fries and split 2 adult size fries/tots. Yes the fans blew our napkins/paper from the tray but I'd rather have the fans than be sweaty . Put your drink on the paper. It is a bit pricey but i didn't think it was overpriced. Amazing food, great atmosphere for families with kids - the playground is amazing and on AstroTurf. The covered outdoor patio looks right on to the playground. There are three flat screen TVs to watch all the college football. Oscillating fans keep you super cool. They serve beer and wine too! They opened on Monday. Can't say enough good things about this place. I had first visited the one in Fulshear and that one was good so decided to have my daughter's 5th birthday at the Katy location. Karen, the GM, was very helpful and communicative. We reserved a couple of tables, I brought a bubble machine (a huge hit) and we partied for over 3 hours. The patio is spacious and the playground is on turf and provides a lot of room for the kids to run around. The burgers were great, per usual, and everyone's order came out quickly despite the large amount of people there. The food tasted amazing and they provided so many options that everyone had something they could get. Originally I had given a 5 star review- but lately this place has gone DOWN HILL! I know things are hard with covid but there is no excuse for not paying attention to allergen tickets!! Every time I go I make sure to say SEVERAL times that I have a gluten allergy and I have to have a GF bun. Three times the past few months they have given me a regular bun. The first two times (one drive thru, one inside) I caught it before I ate it...the third time I wasn't so lucky. Friday rolls around, I've had a long day, I go through the drive through order my meal and tell them several times I have a gluten allergy and need GF bun. I say this about 3-4 times. I'm so hungry that I just tear into it... The first bite I'm thinking, dang this taste different, the second bite I'm like something ain't right- so I look down and see a regular bun!! I understand the risk I take in going to a place with a shared kitchen, however, there is just no excuse for this! I was sick for hours!!! The manager I spoke with on the phone was nice, apologetic and gave a refund. The main reason I'm posting the review is because I was told that the GM would be contacting me about the incident and it's been radio silence! I'm giving two stars because I do normally enjoy the food when it's correct. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will NOT be eating here any longer as I just don't feel safe. French fries were excellent. Three sauces and catchup were available. The "Fry Sauce" was my favorite. Ordered a signature burger and order of fries no drink. 2 kids meal with grilled chees, fries, chocolate milk on one soda the other. Kids meals are combos $5.99 but the adult meals are not offered in combos. My total was just over $25. I was surrounded by like minded people while dining. Everyone was well mannered and took care of their children. The place was extremely clean. They have a small craft beer selection and offer wine. Really nice play area for the children.
