I had an accident with my brand new 2016 Hyundai Elantra. 2 days old no less. Man was I pissed off. So I looked up Hassell because it was about a half mile from my house so immediately I looked them up on Yelp and was I impressed. 5 stars down the line. And boy they were not kidding. I went there immediately and was given a tour buy Doug Hassell the owner.. He showed me step by step of what and how the work will be done in each and every building. From stripping the car to the paint shop and paint dryer. They even came and towed my car there the same day. They even set up a loaner for me that came right to my house and left it there when the car was done. After they spoke with my insurance co. they went right to work with all brand new authentic Hyundai parts down to the blown tire and cracked hub caps. I can not express how truly caring compassionate and professional Hassell Auto Body was. My car and myself were handled so wonderfully that I am in awe!!! Doug, Bob, and Denise all made me feel that my new car was in good hands 2 weeks later I got my car back and it looked like nothing ever happened. They even split my deductable with me when all was done. I recommend them highly to anyone who needs professional car work done in a reasonable amount of time. Just purchaed a new car 2 weeks ago. When i picked it up it was raining and I didn't notice some sticky substance on the passenger door. A week later i went back to the dealership but they told me that the car was prepped and wasnt there when i drove away. Luckily i took a pic before it was prepped, zoomed in and there it was. I showed the sales manager and he told me to come back and they would prep it again. So i did I was at the dealership for a long time waiting for the car. When it was finally ready i looked at it and the substance was still there. I was annoyed and wanted to go home so i just left. A few years ago i got in an accident and took that car to Hassell and they did a great job so i took my new car there to see what i could be done. Liz came out looked at it. She went and got a bottle of something you cant buy in stores, rubbed it in and the substance came off in 2 seconds. I asked her what i owed and she said nothing. She was happy to help. I wanted to take a minute and say thank you for the amazing staff at Hassell Auto Body shop. After having multiple issues with my driver blinker, I was desperate in finding a new shop to fix the problem. Walking in, I was politely greeted by the front desk. She immediately called for someone to come up and assist me. Noel was very patience and kind. When he ASKED me, not told me (which is very rare now at shops), to drive my car to the back to be able to access his tools, I had full trust in him. I went in there 30 minutes before I had to clock in for work and they were able to fix my blinker and have me out in a jiffy! Highly impressed and highly satisfied. I recently had to have some minor repairs done to my car before turning it in for my lease. I was so happy with the service I received. Liz went above and beyond what I expected. She even had one of the guys remove my town sticker from the window so I wouldn't have to pay for a new one on my new vehicle.
