I'm so happy I found this business because, especially with cars, it's hard to know who to trust. These guys are trustworthy and truly go above and beyond. They replaced my shattered window, but they also handled all of the insurance for me. They drove me home and picked me up, saving me from having to uber. AND they vacuumed my entire car. I called to change the emblems on my car and asked if they could install my mudflaps. I arrived and they took my car on short notice as well, and did the job quickly. Everyone was beyond nice, the woman at the front was so kind even offered my daughter and I drinks and a bagel / munchkins. As i waited for the car, i noticed They were also very helpful with other guests coming in with car accident fixes/ etc. There was also a Boy Scouts car wash going on, very nice of them. After my car was completed Hassell also cleaned it. A small request and they delivered great customer service, conversation, and an overall positive experience. Would not recommend. 4 day job took over a month to complete. No communication whatsoever with me, insurance or the rental car company. Rental car company was about to report the car stolen since there was no communication from hassell. They charged me an additional 500 security deposit since the balance owed on the rental was so high. Again this was supposed to be a 4 day job. Staff was friendly but overall communication with all involved parties was very poor. read more

Being in a fender bender is never fun but if you are, the place to go is Hassell. They were amazing from the minute I stepped into their office with my banged up car. I was upset and Liz was so kind and informative about the process. Insurance was lagging in getting an adjuster to come out and Doug personally called me to explain what was going on and keep me in the loop . If I could give them 0 stars I would. I got work done by them a little over 3 years ago. They painted the hood and bumper of my car the wrong color and was willing to fade it for me to match the rest of the car. Sure enough I fought them and they painted it the right color. That's not why I'm writing this review now though. Recently my car was hit while parked in a parking lot and I went to a different Auto Body shop because of the paint job situation. Well it turns out that's not the only thing they did wrong. They welded a side panel to the bracket that holds my engine (something that should be bolted on). They drilled holes bigger to make parts fit and then didn't paint it so there was rust everywhere they did work. They didn't bolt everything down, welds and bolts were missing. They did a half-ass job on my van and god forbid that welding they did to the right panel caused any frame damage there is NO WAY they insurance company from the other driver would cover it!!! I'm pissed!!! I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!! They do a horrible job and anyone who goes there god forbid you get into another accident you could be screwed. I'm so glad I found this new place. read more

When questioned about discrepancies listed on an estimate, the individual on the phone became defensive and spoke to me in a very condescending way. He could not answer my questions without an attitude, like I should know what all of their abbreviations mean. I found them to be rude and not very detail oriented. read more
