Quick, friendly service. I'm glad I asked about the full vs 1/2 CFS. One (1/2) was plenty. The gravy was the star of the show, though. Great food at a great value. Classic diner experience.

Coming to Pe Elle to sis property. We usually stop and have breaky or lunch before we get there. Have the dogs in tow today so I wanted to sit close to the windo. We parked in the shade by the bldg too so they could look out the windows. Hehe. I decided to try the huge-o 16inch blueberry and pistachio pancake. Oh my they weren't kidding. Soo good tho. Great for a family feast of travelers!! Adults and kids alike!! Hubby always with the loco moco! He loves it ( used to live in HI). Service was fine and this sat they were busy. Looked like the usual club meeting of some sort were heading in and perching at the combo table hehe. I had eaten 3 pieces of mine and he had to try one. It's definitely a hit! Had 4 pcs togo for our picnic to share later!

Yummy! I drive by this place daily and been wanting to try it. I had the Chicken Fried Steak and eggs. Made the mistake of ordering the Full size. Couldn't finish it, believe me I tried. Place is comfortable and has that retro vibe to it. I really want to try the meat omelette next time.

Excellent, excellent, excellent! The interior is sparkling clean! Big wooden tables, comfortable seating - darling atmosphere. The food servings are generous and tasty! Mr. Wonderful had the classic Benedict and thoroughly enjoyed it. I had the Portuguese sausage (linguisa) scramble, it was filling and fantastic! Half of it is coming home with me. Our server was Jennifer and she was delightful. Thanks for the recommendation, you were spot on!

This is a great breakfast spot in Centralia. It's located right off the freeway, but the freeway exits have changed in the past couple of years with the expansion of a WinCo next door so it took me a while to actually find it even though it's an easy place to spot from the freeway. I originally learned about this place a few years ago from Facebook when they were nominated to be on the Internet show America's Best Restaurants. I had been wanting to try it, but never had been through at a time that worked. This October ended up being a good time. We hurried inside due to the rain and wind outside. We spoke to a couple that said it was one of their favorite restaurants for breakfast so we were excited upon arrival. They have a fantastic complimentary cornbread, but I only saw certain tables get it so it may be a - you ask you get type of situation. We requested it, and it was really good. The entrees are massive - we were so full from sharing our salmon omlette plate. We were going to eat later that day but ended up just ordering tea later. One meal was huge enough to keep us full for most of the day. Everything tasted delicious. The atmosphere was old school retro diner look. The only complaint I had was that I recall asking the server about the hot chocolate and the mimosa flight. She didn't know the answers to my questions, but told me she would come back later and address them. She never did. We ended up just enjoying our water, which was fine, but I might have ordered a drink flight or a toasty beverage if she would have been a bit more knowledgeable. The restaurant had consistent customers and the staff seemed to be a bit pulled because of that. Some of the tables were dirty because of that. Otherwise, we really liked this spot.

We drive past this place every time we make the journey up to Seattle and have always wanted to make a stop simply based on the old-school diner aesthetics. We finally made the time and it was certainly worth it. We got in early so it was mostly empty and the waitress was super friendly. The food is good here, especially if you're into classic diner food. Despite their name neither my wife nor myself tried their hashes, although if we stop by again I'll definitely give it a shot. That being said I had their Full portion Country Fried Steak which was massive. At first I was concerned by the half portion so I got the full, which was more than enough food. The standout is definitely the steak which is fried perfectly and lathered with gravy. You know it's impressive when you can smother something in gravy and it still retains it's crunch.

Wow! Awesome place food was great. Service was excellent. Went for breakfast no complaints would definitely recommend. The corn bread is great. Just an all around good place.

Open sign lit. Hours posted online to close at three. This photo was at 1:30.

My mom came in from Florida and I wanted to have her try the delicious sindwinder appetizer as well as the orange chicken and waffle. My small daughter was with us too. Before we left, I verified the hours at 7am-3pm. We showed up at 1:30pm for lunch and the "open" sign was lit. We walk in only to be immediately kicked back out because "we just changed our hours and we close at 1:30 now." I literally hadn't even got everyone through the door before we were kicked out. I mean if you don't want to ever make money, take this business model. I'm now looking forward to the next business going to be in that location

    Basic eggs Benedict.

The basic eggs Benedict is solid. Would recommend. The service is friendly, the portions are incredible. This is a hopping breakfast location and it's easy to see why once you go in for the first time.

Finally got to stop here after driving by on many trips. They have the vibe nailed on the inside, great space and decor for sure. The menu has the classics and some new stuff as well. I got the sense that they were understaffed as everything felt a little rushed. But overall the food was good and the vibe checks out. They also had plenty of parking which was a plus. I recommend their fries too. Delicious. Don't forget to check the bar out too!

I am such a sucker for their eggs Benedict with barbecue hollandaise. I could eat that every month and be happy. We've been here before and it was hopping last time, probably because the location was newer and it was the breakfast crowd. This time we were there closer to lunch and it was nice and quiet. I think the staff was in the kitchen prepping for the lunch crowd because we only saw our waitress three times, but it was fine. The few diners sharing the restaurant with us were all just relaxing, sipping their coffee, not in a hurry and I liked it. Happy to always visit because this place has a solid diner atmosphere that I'm a fan of.

Food was ok, but burnt. I get that I asked for breakfast foods at 4:30 in the fucking afternoon, but you guys didn't have chicken tenders and the rest of your shit is burgers. I hate burgers. The English muffin was burnt to a crisp. I didn't even touch it. The ham was good. That was the only thing that I ate the entirety and the eggs I asked for over medium, and they were well done and completely unsalted, and the hashbrowns were so cold.

Do not let those comments and the low star rating discourage you from trying Jeremy's. Our experience was wonderful. Not sure if we ever met the manager, but the wait staff was great! It is a large, clean restaurant with plenty of seating. This would be a great place to have a large gathering. The bathrooms were also very clean. Both of those factors are signs of a promising dining experience, imho! I ordered the bacon ranch chicken burger with fries, ranch and honey mustard on the side. My husband got the bacon cheeseburger with onions rings and a cup of their soup of the day: Tuscan Italian Sausage soup. We also got the cheese curds for an appetizer. The curds were yummy. Crisp, light, chewy with a side of garlic aioli. the flavor combo was delish! My only complaint was the portion size. For $15.00 appetizer, i was hoping it would have been larger...or possibly keep the same portion size but lower the price point. Other than that, we did enjoy them. The soup was delicious, too! It was thick and creamy with large chunks of potato and sausage. It had a nice spicy kick to it. My husband enjoyed it very much. Our sandwiches came out hot, and again: delicious! Good portions, too. The onion rings were really unique. Large, thick slices of onion and a unique breading. Not your typical beer batter, but a lighter coating that tasted like it could have been cornmeal based? They were good! My fries weren't bad, either. They weren't heavy and greasy, like a lot of fries. I liked that. The burger was cooked medium as requested by my husband. My chicken burger was a delicious grilled chicken breast...a real breast and not some gross pressed chicken patty. The ranch and honey mustard were both house made. Sooooo good. The ranch was really dilly and I loved that! Did Jeremy's pass the test? Absolutely! When my husband announced "I'd eat here again", I knew we made a good restaurant choice! I agree. We will eat there again! **They also offer a 10% discount on senior, military and first responder meals. THAT was cool! Two thumbs up for Jeremy's!

My previous review of The Quincy landed somewhere in the middle, which made Shelby's response stand out even more. She didn't just leave a quick public reply and move on. Shelby followed up with me directly via email, offered a sincere apology, and invited us back with a credit toward a future meal. A small business owner who genuinely listens to feedback and responds with that level of care and respect is something special. That alone made me want to give The Quincy another try. I'm very glad we did. We returned tonight and the experience was fantastic - honestly better than fantastic. The service was attentive from the moment we walked in. The dining room had that perfect Friday night energy: lively but comfortable. People were enjoying conversations and good food without the room ever feeling loud or chaotic. With our 5:00 pm reservation, everything felt smooth, relaxed, and welcoming. One thing that has always intrigued me about The Quincy is their rotating specials. They consistently offer creative options alongside a strong core menu. I tried one of the margarita specials and it was an absolute hit. If you're looking for a dependable menu favorite, I still highly recommend the white fish. This time I ordered the Mediterranean stuffed chicken and it was truly one of the best meals I've had in a long time. The vegetables were roasted perfectly, and the chicken was packed with flavor while still feeling balanced and fresh. My husband is a notoriously picky eater (tomatoes and spinach are usually a hard no), and even he was eyeing my plate and asking for a bite. My biggest takeaway now is this: yes, this is a well-run restaurant - but that's actually the least interesting part about it (and I mean that as the highest compliment). This time, the food felt thoughtfully prepared, the atmosphere is warm, and the owner clearly cares about feedback and community. That combination is rare.
