Riverside is on of the most beautiful courses I've been to. My wife doesn't golf, gets her weekly humor fix on our outings, but half the reason she tags along is the wonderful beauty of this place. I really find it challenging, the greens are superb, the trees know me well. Great staff, great fellow golfers. Went and enjoyed the amazing pulled pork fries. I was pleasantly surprised how nice the patio was. You could really enjoy a beautiful day with your family looking over the green. The area felt comfortable with all the plants casual feel. It did not feel uninviting the server was helpful and responsive. We had a bigger party and they accommodated us just fine. Food came out hot and quickly the drinks were refreshed when low. I would say over all a really great place. I wish I had come here sooner. read more

Ordered a margarita flatbread to go. It was cut in half and stacked in the to go box. Hey kitchen, put it in 2 boxes next time. The toppings stuck to the bottom of the top piece and the crust turned into one big blob. Big chunks of tomatoes, no basil and I'm pretty sure that wasn't fresh mozzarella like described on your menu. Grossest meal I've ever had. Didn't eat it. Paid 18.00 read more

Mandy our server was fast and courteous. She was very pleasant and enjoyable. our sandwiches both BLTs were excellent, lots of flavor, and served hot. We ate inside where the air conditioner was set perfect, that is, we were not freezing. read more

11/12 - A group of us went to the comedy show ordered food and drinks. A member of the group got sick where they had to leave. I paid the bill which was $228.11 to find out that there was other charges for other members of the group. Riverside proceeded to contact us to pay the bill which I would expect however what I didn't expect is the general manager Trent being a complete jerk. He threatened to contact local law enforcement even though I explained the situation and asked what the remaining total was. He proceeded to say "that's your responsibility to know" We go back to pay the bill and Trent is outside telling other patrons we're 86ed from the bar and to wait outside to pay. We asked again how much the total was and he said run your card here. They ran the card again for 240 dollars. Trent again refused to give a detailed receipt of all table costs so we can verify. To this point he again threatened to contact the cops if we didn't leave. There was no way that the total for 5 people was almost $500.00 even with the three rounds of fireball and dinner. I do request that I get a receipt sent to me in order to validate the charges that we paid for. I also suggest looking for a new general manager with better customer service and people skills. read more

What a great golf course to play and stay a couple nights in our Motorhome. Such beautiful landscaping and so peaceful and quiet in the evenings. We want to give a shout-out to Allen in the Pro Shop who was busy managing many priorities but still incredibly welcoming, helpful and kind. Secondly Erica who was our server for lunch. The food in the grill was really great as was the service. The greens in the course are in great shape. The fairways were pretty good with a number of dry thin spots. The tee boxes need some love. If the locations were changed far more frequently it would be a lot better. As it was there were some areas where you had to go forward or back to find grass. Some leveling would help too. Pro shop staff were great and very helpful. I would recommend overall and will be back. read more

ordered prime rib cooked medium and about 25 percent was rare. waitress offered hit au jus sauce to cook it in which I didn't see the point. the au jus sauce with my food was barely warm. waitress didn't comp our dessert or discount our food cost. 5 star for both the golf course and the restaurant. Even though the course was overly wet due to non stop rain the greens were top notch and handled the rain like a champ. Short but challenging due to the tight fairways and lots of doglegs. The food Saturday night was delicious as we enjoyed the Prime rib and shrimp tacos. Make sure you get there early on Friday or Saturday as the PRIME RIB is only available these two nights. read more

All in all, a good track. Staff friendly and efficient, the driving range is clean and well stocked. The course is challenging with tree lined fairways and plenty of doglegs to challenge your driving ability. The location works as I come from Kent, WA and my buddy comes up from Portland so it's about equal distance. We try to get together at least once a year and Riverside fits the bill location-wise and from a golf challenge perspective. read more

Where do I start. The golf course is beautiful and fun to play. They have an RV Park along side the tenth fairway and a wonderful driving range. The staff at the clubhouse is friendly and welcoming. The food is stellar and the bartenders know their job. All in all it's a great package. read more

A group of friends met here for lunch on the rooftop and 9 holes of golf. The atmosphere was relaxed and the view of the golf course was a really nice surprise. I chose the avocado chicken burger with garlic fries. The food was tasty, hot and the portions were large enough to share. The golf course was a perfect for the beginners that I was playing with and a great value. The course is full on the weekends so be prepared to keep up with play. We went in for dinner on a Thursday night because Riverside was open with food and drinks until 10:00! Wahoo! It was steak night and the bar was packed. My 80+ parents are slow moving and we made it upstairs and were ushered to a table by the courteous young lady who waited on our four top. The simple meal and drinks were all we could've hoped for in this teeny town. We even had a lovely view of the golf course. The riverside golf club rooftop bar and bistro has a new executive chef as of october first, 2011. I am James Wheeler, and I previously worked at Boccata in Centralia for four years. The food has improved tremendously, and i am working with the staff to step up the service. With the banquet facilities and huge turnouts on warm sunny days, reservations are strongly suggested. The wild sockeye salmon with a hazelnut crust and lemon basil cream, 12 oz pork loin, served medium, with a chutney cream and spicy hot cioppinno with linguine are particularly noteworthy. read more
