A friend referred me to this dealership because the owner is a recovered Alkie, supposedly, so am I. Living the principles of the 12 steps of AA, honesty, hope, etc. I thought that I had made the right decision. After purchasing the car, I took it to Tires Plus to have an inspection, it was going to be over $3,000 to have the car brought up to part. When I discussed this with the backyard salesman, Mike assured me they would make good on the car. His mechanic indicated that he doesn't work on Mercedes, well who the fuck authorized the car to be sold. Cash purchase is what I was told and that's exactly what I did. I have since taken the car back several times. After spending over $6600 to have the car serviced, there is still an oil leak and another $2,500 worth of work that still needs to be done. I am so frustrated. The car repair place, Longwood Auto Fix, charged me over $6600 for repairs. I feel that Credit Nation and Longwood Auto Fix are trying to take advantage of an elderly African-American woman that is relying on them, to tell the TRUTH, and be HONEST. I would like to hear from your organization to see how we can come up with a resolution for both parties and get my car in running condition. Rate this business as a ZERO.

At first I thought I was getting a good deal but that wasn't the case at all. We even brought a mechanic with us who pointed out minor issues the dealer wouldn't budge on the price we thought we were still getting a good deal so we still purchased the vehicle well a month later that isn't the case we had to replace the WHOLE cooling system in the vehicle and come to find out it was a blown head gasket .So after putting in over 1200 i now have to put another 2k to get the head gasket fixed could be more depending how bad it is when they open it up. The vehicle was rigged to get me home it started messing up the day after we brought it home. The battery was the wrong size the radiator was the wrong size. there is so much wrong with it you couldn't tell with the naked eye but once we started taking things apart you can see. This is my family car the sales person saw my kids and knew the issues yet he sold me this vehicle knowing it had all these issue. Ive maybe been able to drive it 5 days out of the whole month that's how much its been in the shop. So my vehicle that i thought I was getting a good deal on happened to be a complete LEMON. I should of known! I have called the number listed on google ad facebook all it ever does is ring you cant leave a message its linked to a fax machine. they don't answer you on facebook or on offer up. took longer then 30 days to receive my registration I actually had to call the DMV to make sure they even filed they did but late so i didn't get my registration till after my temp tag expired when my significant other went to pick it up the person there didn't even speak English but he wouldn't leave till he had our registration in hand the gentlemen working had to call some one else to eve find it Thank god we never have to deal with them again. Sucks that you cant trust any one any more. We were going to get the car fax but I didn't want to spend the 40 to see where the car had been i totally should have better yet if the car facts isn't provided then don't even buy from them. Sucks that it had to come to this but at least now you know what your getting in to if you purchase from this dealer.

Juan Rodriguez gets 5 stars from me. Now, in terms of the vehicle, they did their part to provide a clean, well-kept car that was worthy of the price. My complaint is that at the very end, when all was signed, said, and done, they gave me ONE fob and an almost empty tank of gas with 60 miles left. Whenever I have purchased a used car in the past, I get 2 keys and a full tank as a way to say "Thank you for your business." For that reason, I give 4 stars. Before you close, ask if you are getting 2 fobs or 1. If you are getting only 1, buying a new fob, programming it, and getting the inside key cut will put you back over $200. Use that important data to negotiate the final OTD price. Also, ask if they can fill your tank as a final TY for business. Every penny counts!

Without $1,500 it was $9k on top of the list price. Their banks gave me a %14 interest rate and next day I went and refinanced for %7 with a company I had history with. On top of all that a week later they try to get me out of my gap insurance and pay me off but I'm not signing it and spam me for a whole month because I wouldn't sign it. The salesman guy was nice tho. The 1 star is for him. Other than that 0/10 recommend unless you like giving money away and wanna have negative equity for the whole loan.

2017's Yelp 100 Challenge 94/100…read more What a terrible place! My friend purchased a vehicle here & recommended them to me because service was quick & he was able to get a relatively cheap car. After buying a new car, I wanted another just for emergencies and was going to check this one out. It's not in the best part of town, & like all shady, used car dealerships, the best looking cars were out front, but those aren't the ones they attempt to sell you. The ended up showing me four vehicles, both with payments coming to about $400 per month (which I'll never pay for a used vehicle). They were rude and whenever I said I wanted to talk to the owner about what they were showing/telling me, I was always told he wasn't available. Even when I called in several times several days later, he was never available. My friend ended up getting his car repossessed due to an error with billing on their part, & they would not work with him, nor take responsibility for their shady business practices (they told him if he paid the full price of the car up front, which was over 5k, they'd give the car back). Do not go here.

Upon our arrival, we instantly saw the vehicle that we were looking for. We first found out about this lot through Auto Trader on-line. One of the sales associates met us outside and we started talking to him about the vehicle. The price that was listed on their website was not the actual price of the car, however, it was not a bait and switch situation, considering since the car was there. However, through briefly speaking with him, I noticed that I knew more about the car lot through my internet searches then he did. I did notice that quite a number of their cars at this lot was in a state of disrepair. Not only that, but, I noticed while looking at a few different vehicles that they were full of trash, where they had not been cleaned out. Overall- they had a nice selection of cars, but through the torn convertible tops, nails in the car tires, and trash in the cars, we decided to leave. We won't be coming back.. obviously.

I purchased a used 2018 Ford Escape from Sell Your Auto Fast on January 27, 2026. The salesperson,…read moreJose Vazquez, told me the vehicle had a minor coolant issue that had already been repaired by their mechanic and that it was safe to drive. He said it was a small hole in the hose, and it had been replaced. Based on these representations, I purchased the car. Immediately after leaving the lot, the engine overheated and I had to pull over. Jose saw me outside the dealership so he came over, checked under the hood, added coolant, and again assured me the vehicle was safe to drive. Within minutes of getting back on the road, the same issue happened again--this time on the highway. I contacted the dealership and spoke with another employee, Yasir Sye, who initially offered options including a repair, exchange, or return. I clearly stated to Yasir that I wanted to return the vehicle as I no longer trusted it or their repair work. I also messaged Jose telling him what i discussed with Yasir. Based on my call with Yasir, I had the vehicle towed back to the dealership so I could arrange a return and full reimbursement the next day. However, the following day , when I spoke with the manager, Mohammed, he refused to honor what I had been told. He stated that because the vehicle was sold as-is, they would not accept a return or provide repairs. I was also told I needed to remove the vehicle from their lot or I would be charged a storage fee. Since the car was not drivable, it had to be towed, the dealership offered to tow it to me for $200. To avoid their storage fee I paid the money for them to tow it. I had it towed to an independent mechanic who later confirmed that the vehicle had not been properly repaired.  Hoses were not attached, components were left loose, and the radiator cap was nonfunctional. Since the dealership had firmly refused a return, I requested reimbursement for the towing cost and for the dealer fee, which was described as covering maintenance that clearly had not been properly performed. After significant back-and-forth, the dealership agreed to reimburse $850 for these costs. However, when they sent the paperwork to sign, it was not a simple reimbursement. It was a 17-section settlement agreement that included a full release of liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and a non-disparagement clause. I declined to sign because this was not what we agreed to. I was not comfortable giving up my rights or agreeing to terms that would prevent me from speaking about my experience, especially for such a limited reimbursement. The dealer refused to reimburse me anything unless I signed it.    Overall, this was a frustrating and unsafe experience. I cannot recommend this dealership based on how this situation was handled, and I would strongly encourage others to proceed with caution when considering a purchase here. Based on my experience I filed complaints with the Florida Attorney General, FLHSMV and the BBB. If others have similar issues those may be options worth looking into.

The process of buying a car was smooth but they gave me a car with problems it has been 3 months…read moresince I purchased my car and I noticed the car was shaking when going in traffic, then the coolant was not lasting more than a week I took it to an Audi dealership and I pay 200 dollars to get it check! The car has 6000 dollars off repairing to get done. It has to get the front control arm and back arm to get replaced, also has a coolant leak so the thermostat housing, the water pump and the coolant transfer tube has to be replaced. I paid an extra $2000 for warranty for two years and called GWC Warranty to cover this issues, they said that the warranty was purchased by the company for only 3 months or 93,500 miles which is making it difficult for me to drive my car to work. It is been a week since I call the owner Adams and I was waiting on an answer he said that we are waiting on the bank that they are who issue me the $2000 warranty which seems to me illogical to be charged $2000 for nothing that is covering my car mechanical issues. I highly suggest, if you are reading this and you totally like a car from this dealership, please bring this car to a certified dealership of the brand of the car you are purchasing so you can pay $200 to get it check. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY WARRANTY and buy the car only when you are 100 percent sure that is in good conditions ! Thanks for reading this
