To begin, I was initially working with one salesman, but due to my inability to get in contact with the original salesman despite repeated attempts, I was eventually transferred to another salesman to complete the sale. This inconsistent communication and conflicting information continued throughout my entire dealings with this dealership and their staff. The vehicle was advertised and sold to me as an all wheel drive (AWD). However, when the car arrived, it was discovered by my trusted mechanic that the rear-wheel-drive system had been removed, meaning the car was not all wheel drive as described. This was not disclosed before the purchase and is a major misrepresentation of the vehicle's drivetrain. In addition, I found multiple undisclosed issues at delivery, including: * Additional miles on the odometer beyond what was expected or reasonable for a car "delivered on a truck." * A tear in the driver's seat, scrapes on the rear driver side panel, stains and tears in the roof cloth/headliner, problems with the rear safety sensors, and two front tires in need of immediate replacement. The delivery process was also misrepresented. I was told it would be a simple and straightforward shipment, but the car took 10 days to arrive, during which I received little proactive communication. I was initially told the car was delivered on a truck, but the odometer reading at arrival suggested it had been driven a significant distance rather than transported as promised. I was told I had a 5 day return window that started once the car arrived. However, once I discovered the misrepresentations and defects on Monday following the Sunday delivery, the dealership changed its explanation and claimed the return period actually started when the paperwork was signed, which was not what was discussed during the purchasing process. This policy was not honored, and I was effectively denied the return window I was led to believe I had. I was not able to get the car returned, nor did I receive any refund or reimbursement for repairs needed to address the items that were falsely described or misrepresented in the listing and during the sale. Overall, this experience highlighted serious problems with false or misleading descriptions, inconsistent communication, and an unwillingness to honor the promises made at the time of purchase. Potential buyers should be aware that this dealership may not always follow through on what is promised and that important details--especially drivetrain, mileage, and condition--can be misrepresented in the listing or during the sales process. This dealership has also been found to be very difficult to communicate with via phone or email. I would advise future customers to carefully verify the vehicle's configuration, get all promises (including return policy, delivery method, and who will be handling the sale) in writing, and get a thorough inspection before finalizing paperwork regardless of what is verbally promised.

He said it was a small hole in the hose, and it had been replaced. Based on these representations, I purchased the car. Immediately after leaving the lot, the engine overheated and I had to pull over. Jose saw me outside the dealership so he came over, checked under the hood, added coolant, and again assured me the vehicle was safe to drive. Within minutes of getting back on the road, the same issue happened again--this time on the highway. I contacted the dealership and spoke with another employee, Yasir Sye, who initially offered options including a repair, exchange, or return. I clearly stated to Yasir that I wanted to return the vehicle as I no longer trusted it or their repair work. I also messaged Jose telling him what i discussed with Yasir. Based on my call with Yasir, I had the vehicle towed back to the dealership so I could arrange a return and full reimbursement the next day. However, the following day , when I spoke with the manager, Mohammed, he refused to honor what I had been told. He stated that because the vehicle was sold as-is, they would not accept a return or provide repairs. I was also told I needed to remove the vehicle from their lot or I would be charged a storage fee. Since the car was not drivable, it had to be towed, the dealership offered to tow it to me for $200. To avoid their storage fee I paid the money for them to tow it. I had it towed to an independent mechanic who later confirmed that the vehicle had not been properly repaired.  Hoses were not attached, components were left loose, and the radiator cap was nonfunctional. Since the dealership had firmly refused a return, I requested reimbursement for the towing cost and for the dealer fee, which was described as covering maintenance that clearly had not been properly performed. After significant back-and-forth, the dealership agreed to reimburse $850 for these costs. However, when they sent the paperwork to sign, it was not a simple reimbursement. It was a 17-section settlement agreement that included a full release of liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and a non-disparagement clause. I declined to sign because this was not what we agreed to. I was not comfortable giving up my rights or agreeing to terms that would prevent me from speaking about my experience, especially for such a limited reimbursement. The dealer refused to reimburse me anything unless I signed it.    Overall, this was a frustrating and unsafe experience. I cannot recommend this dealership based on how this situation was handled, and I would strongly encourage others to proceed with caution when considering a purchase here. Based on my experience I filed complaints with the Florida Attorney General, FLHSMV and the BBB. If others have similar issues those may be options worth looking into.

He went above and beyond to work with me and my foot hadn't even hit the door yet. Over the course of a week, he scoured the inventory across several locations and worked with a very picky Yelper finding him vehicle after vehicle. We landed on a Chevy Spark that, while it seemed nice, I just wasn't sold on. At that point, I needed a break from car shopping, so I thanked him for his time and told him I'd let him know when I get back to it. Flash forward a month. I get to a decent point and hop back onto the hunt. Unfortunately, Jose wasn't available the day I walked in. John was the first rep to greet me and was just as helpful, friendly and professional. It's clear that Enterprise treats you like a genuine person and there's no pressure for anything. They make sure everything is clear from the beginning and will work with you on getting car payments as low as they can for you. I walked away with a 2019 Nissan Sentra with 60,000 miles and I couldn't recommend Enterprise more.

This review is about the window tinting…read more When I purchased my car I was offered free window tinting. It can only be done on Tuesday and Thursday as they use an external company, both are work days for me. Three weeks after purchase I decided to make an appointment for this, drop off the car and uber to work. On my way I was the victim of a hit and run, so now my brand new car is damaged and I never made it to this appointment. I decided to take a day off work to reschedule and not having to uber as it's far and expensive. Staff is very friendly but the window tinting.... 4 hours later I got my car back with the EXACT SAME TINT as already was on the car. I assumed a darker tint, an actual tinting not the light exact same thing. So now I have a damaged car and a day taken off work COMPLETELY WASTED ON USELESS WORK. On top of that there are mistakes in 2 Windows!!! It's not even done properly! Very very very disappointed and I find it quite dishonest to not be transparent about what window tinting, if I had known I was getting what was already on the car all of that could have never happened.
