Sales people are there at the end of the day to get you to buy a car. I will say, I don't have too many negatives about this place. There are a couple gripes I have but they are small and over all, I was treated with respect and the people are friendly, even when I came in and thought I was going to change my mind and exchange my vehicle for something cheaper, they were nothing but nice to me. Khaleed, Dallip and Omar were the ones who helped me. And they were thorough with everything including the loan process and the price. Prices for vehicles are higher than ever so that in it self was stressful but that has nothing to do with the service and the people I worked with. The only thing I would have loved is if the process was sped up a bit (but that was no ones fault and it comes with the territory) and if they changed the music. They played house music all day. So for 7 hours that's what I listened to. It might be a sales tactic to try to get people to buy a vehicle. Who knows. Overall, this place is worth a look.

1-Star Review -- Mechanical Problem Immediately After Purchase…read more I purchased a 2016 Buick Regal Premium from Sell Your Auto Fast in Orlando with approximately 110,000 miles. Within a very short time of driving the vehicle home off the lot, I discovered a serious problem. The engine misfires and shudders during acceleration, particularly above approximately 30 mph. I am now facing the possibility of a major repair that could cost several hundred dollars--a problem that appeared almost immediately after the purchase. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. When you purchase a used vehicle from a professional dealership, you reasonably expect the vehicle to be represented accurately and to be in acceptable operating condition. Discovering a potentially significant problem immediately after purchase is a very serious matter and takes away the pleasure of having purchased a vehicle. My advice to anyone considering buying from this dealership: get an independent, comprehensive inspection before signing anything or driving the vehicle off the lot. Pay particular attention to the CarFax history data and have any concerns documented in writing. I am posting this review so other consumers can make an informed decision. I hope Sell Your Auto Fast will ultimately take responsibility for this situation and work with me toward a fair resolution. One star based on my experience. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle here without having it independently inspected first. Fortunately I was able to get the vehicle to run properly after the spark plugs and coil were replaced at an honest transmission repair shop.

After going through 3 different dealerships, we came to Enterprise and they couldn't have made the process easier and simpler. On my first round with them, Jose helped me find a vehicle. He went above and beyond to work with me and my foot hadn't even hit the door yet. Over the course of a week, he scoured the inventory across several locations and worked with a very picky Yelper finding him vehicle after vehicle. We landed on a Chevy Spark that, while it seemed nice, I just wasn't sold on. At that point, I needed a break from car shopping, so I thanked him for his time and told him I'd let him know when I get back to it. Flash forward a month. I get to a decent point and hop back onto the hunt. Unfortunately, Jose wasn't available the day I walked in. John was the first rep to greet me and was just as helpful, friendly and professional. It's clear that Enterprise treats you like a genuine person and there's no pressure for anything. They make sure everything is clear from the beginning and will work with you on getting car payments as low as they can for you. I walked away with a 2019 Nissan Sentra with 60,000 miles and I couldn't recommend Enterprise more.

After checking in my vehicle, my wife and I went into the waiting area which was very reminiscent of restaurant style seating with multiple tables and chairs around. Unfortunately there was no complimentary coffee or snacks. The did have a cafe where you could by food that looked sub-par. I was slightly annoyed because after 10 minutes of waiting, one of the salesman came up and tried to buy my car and get me to do a trade in option...I'm just here for service. Typical dealer behavior but I was disappointed by it. They told me it would be 1-1.5 hours but it ended up taking just over 3 hours, which I was OK with because they offered a complimentary shuttle to a nearby shopping center but it was still frustrating that their estimate was so far off. When it came time to pay, the charged an additional hidden $40 "dealer fee". Once again frustrating, I thought that's what I pay for when I pay for the labor hourly rate? They also added another small credit card fee. Things add up and it's frustrating that they aren't up front about their costs. They also tried to tell me my 10 month old battery was bad and needed replacing for over $300. Naturally I declined because my battery is working 100% fine. They definitely were trying to take advantage of me. Overall, I hoped for a better experience and won't be back. I usually always do my own maintenance for this very reason but was short on time. I will use another private shop next time.
