So you have to understand, buying a car is NEVER fun. Its a long experience, especially with test driving cars and preparing to get a loan. It's just not fun. Sales people are there at the end of the day to get you to buy a car. I will say, I don't have too many negatives about this place. There are a couple gripes I have but they are small and over all, I was treated with respect and the people are friendly, even when I came in and thought I was going to change my mind and exchange my vehicle for something cheaper, they were nothing but nice to me. Khaleed, Dallip and Omar were the ones who helped me. And they were thorough with everything including the loan process and the price. Prices for vehicles are higher than ever so that in it self was stressful but that has nothing to do with the service and the people I worked with. The only thing I would have loved is if the process was sped up a bit (but that was no ones fault and it comes with the territory) and if they changed the music. They played house music all day. So for 7 hours that's what I listened to. It might be a sales tactic to try to get people to buy a vehicle. Who knows. Overall, this place is worth a look. read more

To begin, I was initially working with one salesman, but due to my inability to get in contact with the original salesman despite repeated attempts, I was eventually transferred to another salesman to complete the sale. This inconsistent communication and conflicting information continued throughout my entire dealings with this dealership and their staff. The vehicle was advertised and sold to me as an all wheel drive (AWD). However, when the car arrived, it was discovered by my trusted mechanic that the rear-wheel-drive system had been removed, meaning the car was not all wheel drive as described. This was not disclosed before the purchase and is a major misrepresentation of the vehicle's drivetrain. In addition, I found multiple undisclosed issues at delivery, including: * Additional miles on the odometer beyond what was expected or reasonable for a car "delivered on a truck." * A tear in the driver's seat, scrapes on the rear driver side panel, stains and tears in the roof cloth/headliner, problems with the rear safety sensors, and two front tires in need of immediate replacement. The delivery process was also misrepresented. I was told it would be a simple and straightforward shipment, but the car took 10 days to arrive, during which I received little proactive communication. I was initially told the car was delivered on a truck, but the odometer reading at arrival suggested it had been driven a significant distance rather than transported as promised. I was told I had a 5 day return window that started once the car arrived. However, once I discovered the misrepresentations and defects on Monday following the Sunday delivery, the dealership changed its explanation and claimed the return period actually started when the paperwork was signed, which was not what was discussed during the purchasing process. This is an overdue review to finish this draft. Now I'm finalizing this review. This was on 11/23/2018. This is my first time in a place where "customer is a priority" was not implemented. Not only that, I was devalued as a customer by the "General Manager". Yesterday, on Black Friday, I knew that it was going to be busy, so I did my homework on a specific vehicle (Mustang) that my wife and I was interested in so it can be an easy quick day. My sales associate Tavaris was great. He said to me everything he needed to tell me how off Lease Works. He was clear and he demonstrated, customer needs first. I was looking for specific qualifications of the vehicle I chose. According to the Carfax, The Mustang had a front collision. Once, I was able to see the vehicle, the left fender was popping out. (it does not show on the pictures online, you need to really zoom in to see it.) As well as the front part of the car, it was not aligned properly. I tried closing the hood, and it didn't close properly. I asked Tavaris about it and he said that, whenever they sell vehicles from a collision, it is inspected before they sell it. So it is ok to drive it. I then asked about a second key, he said that it didn't come with it. I expressed that I needed it and he offered a person who comes to Off Lease And make copies for customers for 50% off. I said I can't do that do that at the moment. Then he said you can express it to the general manager and see what he says. General manager Patrick comes. I explained my concerns to him as I expressed it to Tavaris. I explained to Patrick It should be free if I am getting the vehicle the way it is. He then said "unfortunately I can't do that, so If you have any questions or concerns speak to me later because I am selling a Porche that is $80,000." I took a moment to not say anything about it and kept talking to Tavaris as if nothing happened. I decided not to get the vehicle and I left my information there. But honestly, if I am not valued for getting a vehicle at 20k, then I will certainly not give my business where I could have been qualified for 3 to 4 vehicles at the price of the 80k. Because of them only, this review get more than 1 star. Second, here's what made us hesitant to close the deal.... 1) We were told we could go ahead and test drive a 2021 Acura RDX, it was dead. And needed troubleshooting and ultimately a jump. Not a good sign. 2) We test drove two 2021 RDXs... multiple accidents (some quite serious) and multiple owners between them. Give this alone, they should have been willing to budge on the price. Add to that: No dealer warranty, buyer can only come back for an exchange, but you only have 5 days to do so. Smh. We explained to Luis that we were not feeling comfortable with moving forward with either vehicle given the multiple accidents, multiple owners, and sucky warranty, so we needed some time to think. I recently needed to find a first car for our daughter. Its her first car and spending a fortune on a new car didn't make sense. Seriously how soon after beginning to drive did you have your first accident? Your fault or not? After visiting several car dealers in the area I decided to give off lease only a try. So they have hundreds of different cars, trucks, and suvs. The prices on the window are very reasonable as long as everything inside and out are in very good condition. Also be dure to test everything and pay attention for anything unusual on the test drive. This is an "as is" sale so if something is wrong you will be responsible to pay to have it fixed. I would suggest that you buy a vehicle still under factory warranty. First test drive was a 2012 Mazda 3. It was in good visual condition but after a test drive it needed new tires, alignment, and an axel. About $1000 which the dealer doesn't cover. A NO GO!!! Then tested a 2013 VW Jetta 2.5 SE. It was absolutely perfect and the price was right. So we bought it. The sales rep was very friendly and helpful as was the finance manager. Only downside was waiting FOREVER to get through the paperwork. Took at least three hours to get into the finance office. Yes it was very busy but geez hire a few more paper pushers. My boyfriend found a car he loves online but unfortunately it was in Ft Lauderdale and we live in St Pete. We found out it was possible to have it shipped for $200 to the Orlando location. So my boyfriend was in communication with Nizar over the phone and got everything all sorted out with the car. The pre approval paper work was filled out and everything was good to go so (so we thought)we made an appointment to go get the car and paid the $200 fee to have it shipped. Let me just tell you this place is a zoo!! Confused looking sales people all over the place. Nizar was running back and forth with a few different people so we never even really got to talk to him or discuss anything. They lost my boyfriends pre approval forms and he had to fill it out again. And also come to find out financing hadn't been done!!? 6 hours later they all of a sudden come up with some reason he can't get the car. And nothing was done to try to communicate the reasons this happened. We traveled 3 hours to come pick up this car , and then paid the $200 to have it shipped all before you found out if we could actually get the car?!? It wasn't even because of finances. It was because he has a car under his name. They didn't even sit down and talk with us about the other car and how it's mine and shouldn't be a big deal. Nizar I don't think understood what we were saying at all and just brushed us off as if he was "doing his best" to help us. Before leaving, we were promised a tour of our new cars features by our sales guy and Patrick told us to "search the car and watch all the YouTube videos" to learn about the features and quickly sent us on our way. (Thankfully our friend has the same car and was able to give us more information.) We were also told we'd receive a refund if we were able to provide a tag to transfer. I was looking to purchase a vechile. I live in NE Florida and the search here came up fruitless. So I found OffLease online and they had what seemed to be amazing deals on cars. So I drove 2 hours south to Orlando to look at the inventory. I got a hotel and was already paying for a rental vehicle bc the time insurance allocated had expired. Hoosh, the salesman I was meeting with informed me to come as early as possible bc the place turns into a zoo on weekends. And when I arrived roughly 10am it was just that...a zoo!! Hoosh helped me with looking at cars on a computer. He showed me the car fax and a True360 report. Now the car I looked at was involved in a accident. But Hoosh assured me that all of the repairs were done by a certified professional and they were one of the top repair specialists in the game. Now, the True360 report was explained to me as a complete inspection of the vehicle. And that ANY damages well as the repairs done to the vehicle would be documented very meticulously. After looking at the report it didn't seem like anything mechanical was effected. I even asked Hoosh if he would put his daughter in this car and he replied YES. Lol. Silly me. Now fast forward to the buying process. I test drove the car...good. You have to fill out the credit application online at a kiosk type station. Then you wait hours to be seen by a financial person. While waiting Hoosh came to me several times. One of those times was to say I was approved and to go ahead and add the vehicle to my insurance. I was confused to why I would add a car before I even know my financial obligations. I had no idea what my monthly payment was, no idea my interest rate or the bank I was approved by. I've bought cars before and I was ALWAYS SHOWN WHAT BANKS APPROVED ME AS WELL AS THEIR RATES. I WAS NOT SHOWN A LIST. Fast forward I finally get to sit in the office with a financial person. We sign the papers and of course I'm offered all the warranty and protection they can offer. I decided to go with the deposit protection bc I was putting down a huge amount of cash. I was explained that no matter what, if the car I bought was ever considered a total loss for any reason that I would be refunded my down payment. Omar the financial person didn't mention that it's not a refund but a STORE CREDIT that can only be used at OffLeaseOnly. I buy the car and drive home. I get 30 miles from my city and the check engine light comes on. I call Hoosh. He tells me that it's bc these car are known for the check engine light coming on after getting gas due to gas cap not being tight. I had a friend hook a computer up to it and run it for codes when I got home. Popped for 2 codes. One which was permanent. Which basically means it has been erased too many times without being fixed. The codes were transmission related. Not a loose gas cap. Again lol. I bought car almost 3 weeks ago and yesterday was the first day I could drive it bc it had been at Nissan getting the transmission rebuilt. Also the AC didn't work properly and that was due to a disconnected temperature sensor behind the dash. On May 22nd I began communicating with Hoosh about removing the deposit protection bc I would never want to purchase here again in my life. On the 25th is when I finally heard from Omar and I was already traveling for vacation. The papers arrived while I was away and I'm just now getting home to sign them. I also asked Hoosh about the True360 report and he told me that it's no longer available once car is sold. So I went to the True360 website and read that the inspection is not a full inspection of the car. It's just for the body of the vehicle. NOTHING MECHANICAL. Overall I completely understand I should have had more of a backbone and went with the doubt that lingered in my head. I should have know by how they are herding people like cattle at that place. It's a mad house. I did feel pressured to buy a car bc I was paying for a rental and I was leaving for vacation very soon. But a car is soo important and it should never be rushed. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. This place is a mess. It's extremely crowded and you're literally just a number. First, they have you look through their computers at their selection of cars and warning you now, a large majority have been in accidents. You definitely want to be careful with the one you select. After you test drive the car you're interested in, they have you wait either in their overcrowded building or out in the heat. I should have known something was up when I saw two food trucks out there. They tell you you'll get a text when they're ready for you. Three hours in, I get called to the "interview window" where they waste more time asking you questions. The salesperson helping me was Carmelo, who was great, until he disappeared halfway through our wait. Texted him, got no response. I ended up waiting five hours for the final numbers. Ridiculous!
