Sales people are there at the end of the day to get you to buy a car. I will say, I don't have too many negatives about this place. There are a couple gripes I have but they are small and over all, I was treated with respect and the people are friendly, even when I came in and thought I was going to change my mind and exchange my vehicle for something cheaper, they were nothing but nice to me. Khaleed, Dallip and Omar were the ones who helped me. And they were thorough with everything including the loan process and the price. Prices for vehicles are higher than ever so that in it self was stressful but that has nothing to do with the service and the people I worked with. The only thing I would have loved is if the process was sped up a bit (but that was no ones fault and it comes with the territory) and if they changed the music. They played house music all day. So for 7 hours that's what I listened to. It might be a sales tactic to try to get people to buy a vehicle. Who knows. Overall, this place is worth a look.

Saw their ad on Craigslist for a used car. After a morning of car shopping, our search ended here…read morewhen we found a car that was suitable for our needs at a price we could afford. This appears to be a self owned operation, we dealt with a single guy, David Nunez. His office was simple and it looks like he's just starting out. He was upfront about issues with the car (my father in law was with us, he's a mechanic. David didn't know that, so his honesty was appreciated.) We didn't have to go back and forth on the price, we asked for his best offer, he told us a number that was VERY fair. We agreed to buy the car. He did all the DMV paperwork, so we are suppose to go back and pick up the plates from him. We have had the car for about 2 weeks now without any kind of major issues (we had to add coolant, but that was about it). So, we had a good experience and I look forward to updating this review in a few months, after we have received our plates and I have had the vehicle a little longer. But, so far so good. So, if you are here (this Yelp review) because you saw one of his ads online, I can tell you that he seems decent and on the level. At this time, I would recommend. =)

My agent, Johnny, did a wonderful job trying to keep us in the loop, but the wait was still miserable. He was the only aspect of carmax that earned points with me. Many thanks to Johnny. We were there for four hours to buy a car we had transferred from Jacksonville, already had our financing in place and after a brief test drive, we decided to purchase. Arrived there at 14:00hrs and after ping-ponging back and forth with my bank, the funding arrived. Then the wait began... I have to add that at some point I had to use their facilities and here is where they get an F. The bathroom was nasty. It looked like one you would find in a very neglected filling station (gas station for you young 'uns). You'd think that when we are dealing with a horrible pandemic, they would at least be a little cleaner. The operation could use a major overall. They need to segregate those buying with those selling. ...and if you are going to take over 4 hours to make a sale that was a slam dunk, at least have more to offer the buyer then a measly bottle of water.

I then took my car to the dealership of its brand and they have to redo everything this shop supposedly fixed. and of course, JR Auto Repair only takes Zelle or cash so there's no way to get your money back after you realize they stole from you. Junior asked me to bring my car back so they can take a look, but I have no faith in this shop to get things done properly. my car is too important for their incapable hands. Junior has a terrible attitude and you can tell by his sassy responses to the negative reviews that he is absolutely guilty of being a scammer. on top of being a scammer, the shop is overall unprofessional. I had to text and call several times for updates on my car. the price went up every time we spoke. they left hand prints all over hood and interior of the car. all on top of not actually fixing anything. overall, I feel taken advantage of. Junior asked me my age and commented that he thought I was much younger and he also asked what I do for a living as I have a nice car. he also made sure to mention before he even saw the car how expensive repairs can be on it just based off the brand. to me, he saw a young woman with a nice car and decided I would be an easy target, and I fell for it. please, do NOT bring your car to this shop. Junior absolutely is a salesman and he will say anything to get you to agree with him. do not make the same VERY EXPENSIVE mistake I made.
