So you have to understand, buying a car is NEVER fun. Its a long experience, especially with test…read moredriving cars and preparing to get a loan. It's just not fun. Sales people are there at the end of the day to get you to buy a car. I will say, I don't have too many negatives about this place. There are a couple gripes I have but they are small and over all, I was treated with respect and the people are friendly, even when I came in and thought I was going to change my mind and exchange my vehicle for something cheaper, they were nothing but nice to me. Khaleed, Dallip and Omar were the ones who helped me. And they were thorough with everything including the loan process and the price. Prices for vehicles are higher than ever so that in it self was stressful but that has nothing to do with the service and the people I worked with. The only thing I would have loved is if the process was sped up a bit (but that was no ones fault and it comes with the territory) and if they changed the music. They played house music all day. So for 7 hours that's what I listened to. It might be a sales tactic to try to get people to buy a vehicle. Who knows. Overall, this place is worth a look.

Title: Misleading Listing, Broken Promises, and No Resolution on Repairs or Return…read more I recently purchased a used vehicle from Off Lease Orlando. To begin, I was initially working with one salesman, but due to my inability to get in contact with the original salesman despite repeated attempts, I was eventually transferred to another salesman to complete the sale. This inconsistent communication and conflicting information continued throughout my entire dealings with this dealership and their staff. The vehicle was advertised and sold to me as an all wheel drive (AWD). However, when the car arrived, it was discovered by my trusted mechanic that the rear-wheel-drive system had been removed, meaning the car was not all wheel drive as described. This was not disclosed before the purchase and is a major misrepresentation of the vehicle's drivetrain. In addition, I found multiple undisclosed issues at delivery, including: * Additional miles on the odometer beyond what was expected or reasonable for a car "delivered on a truck." * A tear in the driver's seat, scrapes on the rear driver side panel, stains and tears in the roof cloth/headliner, problems with the rear safety sensors, and two front tires in need of immediate replacement. The delivery process was also misrepresented. I was told it would be a simple and straightforward shipment, but the car took 10 days to arrive, during which I received little proactive communication. I was initially told the car was delivered on a truck, but the odometer reading at arrival suggested it had been driven a significant distance rather than transported as promised. I was told I had a 5 day return window that started once the car arrived. However, once I discovered the misrepresentations and defects on Monday following the Sunday delivery, the dealership changed its explanation and claimed the return period actually started when the paperwork was signed, which was not what was discussed during the purchasing process. This policy was not honored, and I was effectively denied the return window I was led to believe I had. I was not able to get the car returned, nor did I receive any refund or reimbursement for repairs needed to address the items that were falsely described or misrepresented in the listing and during the sale. Overall, this experience highlighted serious problems with false or misleading descriptions, inconsistent communication, and an unwillingness to honor the promises made at the time of purchase. Potential buyers should be aware that this dealership may not always follow through on what is promised and that important details--especially drivetrain, mileage, and condition--can be misrepresented in the listing or during the sales process. This dealership has also been found to be very difficult to communicate with via phone or email. I would advise future customers to carefully verify the vehicle's configuration, get all promises (including return policy, delivery method, and who will be handling the sale) in writing, and get a thorough inspection before finalizing paperwork regardless of what is verbally promised.

Jr.'s was the best auto garage experience I have had in YEARS and I will 10000% continue coming…read morehere! I always bring my car to the dealership but it's far away and honestly it's exhausting on the bank account to go through dealership prices as they're undeniably always higher. Jr.'s prices were very fair and he was personable, friendly and most importantly to me - not salesy! One thing I absolutely loved, unlike anywhere else I have ever been, is that he actually gave me my OLD part back after replacing it with a new one! THAT, to me, just goes to show you that they are backing up what they stand for: honest and trustworthy service. (I cannot tell you how often I wonder when I go elsewhere if they actually did what they said they did because... how would you really know?!) Hands down, five stars! Thank you, Jr!

unfortunately, I read the negative reviews when it was too late and they turned out to be accurate…read more this shop had my car for almost 2 weeks total, charged me $3k, and 2 months later ... the exact same problem came back as if it was never fixed. I then took my car to the dealership of its brand and they have to redo everything this shop supposedly fixed. and of course, JR Auto Repair only takes Zelle or cash so there's no way to get your money back after you realize they stole from you. Junior asked me to bring my car back so they can take a look, but I have no faith in this shop to get things done properly. my car is too important for their incapable hands. Junior has a terrible attitude and you can tell by his sassy responses to the negative reviews that he is absolutely guilty of being a scammer. on top of being a scammer, the shop is overall unprofessional. I had to text and call several times for updates on my car. the price went up every time we spoke. they left hand prints all over hood and interior of the car. all on top of not actually fixing anything. overall, I feel taken advantage of. Junior asked me my age and commented that he thought I was much younger and he also asked what I do for a living as I have a nice car. he also made sure to mention before he even saw the car how expensive repairs can be on it just based off the brand. to me, he saw a young woman with a nice car and decided I would be an easy target, and I fell for it. please, do NOT bring your car to this shop. Junior absolutely is a salesman and he will say anything to get you to agree with him. do not make the same VERY EXPENSIVE mistake I made.
