I went to look at a 2011 Ford Mustang the following Saturday. The car was just as it looked in photos and as described in the ad. The price was far below every other comparable car that I have looked at so far (I've been looking on line and at dealership for 4 months). Frank gave me the price for my trade in that he said he would over the phone. This was by far the best car purchase transaction I've ever experienced. The pricing was great and there were no hidden fees. The dealership sells vehicles with honesty, integrity and professionalism. I would highly recommend this dealership. I love my new car!

I took my jeep at first last week and then they scheduled to have me come back later to be able to leave my car for a few days if necessary. Today, realizing that I have not been notified of my order I called in. The man who took my call could not find my order with my phone number and instead of inquiring more details told me I had to come in. I waited 2 months for nothing, why do I have to restart the whole process when I already went in to handle the matter in May? To add to the unpleasant inconvenience I told the staff I had already done this process and his best response was well "I'm sorry young lady there's nothing I can do, you have to come in." With a lack of awareness or care for my disappointment, the inconvenience and with no attempt to resolve this matter further and hung up on me. If this is the kind of manner he would like his own concerns to be handled, may karma find him. A 5 minute phone call must be above his pay grade to provide customer service. I'll try another dealership.
